I suppose they might build excellent roofs. I needed a small job completed (more vents installed in my roof) They said they were coming out sometime this week. THEN sometime the next week. Then "DEFINATELY Monday btw sorry your job has been in a stack on my desk for awhile" They no showed today and when I called to ask about it Parker tried to tell me that they actually were there today!! Lol I'm pretty understanding about things happening but these guys will just ghost you unless you need a big job.

Our roof needed new shingles, wood rot replacement,new gutters and possible skylight repair. We chose Lacey Roofing because of their through inspection,complete cost analysis of repairs and their fair pricing. We were extremely satisfied with the quality workmanship,attention to detail and timely completion of the project. We highly recommend this company and would use again without reservation!!

Parker, the company representative, is excellent to work with. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The roof installation crew arrived at the scheduled time and got to work immediately spreading tarps around the entire house to catch debris. They worked together, safely and with precision. True professionals. My new roof was installed in a single day, looks incredible and 7-man crew did an excellent job cleaning up. My neighbor has already scheduled an appointment to have a new roof installed. Highly recommend.

Questions asked were always met with quick and friendly answers (I asked a LOT of questions) and the install happened two months prior to the original scheduled date thanks to some good weather. Price was on the lower side compared to three others I quoted. I inspected the roof itself and the attic crawl space and everything looks fantastic.

They have done 2 roofs for me. One was a compete tear-off, repair and reroof 2 years ago. Parker was hands down the most professional and honest roofer I spoke to. Crew is timely, clean, courteous, and professional. Beat the competition hands down on pricing and always went the extra mile. Very patient and helpful. Didn't need to talk down their competitors like every other company I had bid. They were so great that I didn't even blink on calling Parker to do our new home this year. 3x the bid price of roofer we had do our roof, same materials. They were very professional and impressive in their customer service but they should as they’re taking their customers by grossly overcharging. They sound good saying they hand nail and claim better quality of work than their competitors. They may be good but no one is worth 3x the price to do the same work. The company we had do it was awesome. I gave them 5 stars and they undercut everyone else. No one came anywhere as expensive as Lacey roofing. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Was pleased with their service. They were even able to fit me in ahead of schedule due to a cancellation. Parker was pleasant to deal with knew his stuff and dropped by twice the first day to keep us up to date and again on the second morning. Answered every question. Clean up was done well only found 2 roofing nails total after they picked up. Crew was friendly and made sure everything was up to code.

This company was great and my new roof looks amazing. I really appreciate how Parker took the time to explain to me all the work they would do to the roof and provided some additional options to add to it. The crew was on time and completed my re-roof in a single day. I am very satisfied with the look and happy that it's done before the winter season. They even cleaned my gutters during the re-roof!

Great company. After a wind storm I noticed I was missing several shingles. I had called several other roofing complies to schedule a estimate. Parker, at Lacey roofing was the only one that actually got on my roof to give me a estimate. The other companies did a drive by estimate. From there I was sold on Lacey roofing, convinced they would do the job right.

I had a leak which I thought was the roof, boy did I get taken for 400 dollars. They sent 3 guys that had no idea how to fix the leak it was it turned out a window above the roof. I can't believe that I fell for there explanation and it did nothing to fix the problem. Did they try to fix it no. Did they return my money no heard nothing back when I called. I gave up.

I cannot say enough about what great service we received from Parker at Lacey Roofing! We needed quick re-roof on our home as it was for sale. When I called, Parker came out and actually gave us a written estimate right away....unlike others that took several days to even come by. Parker included an estimate for a new skylight which was badly needed which all the other estimators overlooked. Even with the new skylight included, Parker's estimate was slightly lower than others. Once I called to schedule, Parker got us done the very next day!!! And we were able to sell the house

I love my new roof! We had several places come and give estimates. Lacey roofing was not only the lowest bid but also the longest workmanship warranty. We had 14 days to accept their bid but it took us awhile to get all the quotes we wanted. They still honored their bid price. Lanny discussed payment and schedule with us. Given that we got our new roof in the spring I knew it would be a spur of the moment day that they came out. Lanny informed us ahead of times he doesn't have his guys work on Sunday's so they can spend time with their families. That is top notch business practices in

Worse customer service I have ever seen! After my estimate was done, I went into the office to pay. My first question to the woman at he desk was "What kind of discount do you give for paying with cash?" Her eyes got as wide as saucers as she stammered "Do you know Lanny personally?"
