I had multiple companies, 7 to be exact, come out with super long presentations about their company, the materials, their process, their ratings... And let's not forget about the high price they all started out at, but they will cut 33% off the price if I sign up right now. That's a huge chunk.
Weathergaurd came out took a quick measurement and emailed me the bid. No time wasting presentation. No BS. No pressure. Excellent price, thousands below the other companies

We had our shake roof replaced with composition shingles. They had to put plywood sheeting on the entire roof. Their workers did a great job including removing our chimney and replacing a skylight. Only had a couple of ceiling issues which they repaired. Would recommend them for roof replacement. Only issue was with the salesman who did not do a follow up. He did a great job as a salesman however. Keri at the front office was super. Top notch company.

A couple of years ago, we had a small leak from some faulty attic vents and called a few companies to get quotes. Weatherguard had been highly recommended to us and provided a reasonable quote so we went with them. We never felt pressured to do more than was needed to fix the leak.

These guys did a great job for us. We had leak in our garage roof. They came out a day after I called. Estimate arrived a day later. It was very reasonable and the repair crew came out a few days later to take care of the leak. Prior to that, the estimator -- Caleb -- climbed up on the roof in the rain and did a temporary fix to stop the leaking which I really appreciated. The repair crew was prompt, friendly and professional. I don't know where the other negative reviews are coming from (perhaps nervous competitors?), but I was completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate using them again

Weatherguard has done more than one roof for me in the past few months. Caleb was the salesperson I worked with. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach and made sure no detail was missed. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of work and timing was great as well. BUYER BEWARE! My real estate agent requested a roofing inspection on my behalf from Weatherguard. Home inspections requested by a buyer or a buyer's agent are the property of the buyer. But not when you are working with Weatherguard. They'll share your evaluation with anyone who asks for it! Including the seller. The person who put together the report SENT IT TO THE SELLERS AGENT! Not only that, she edited the report to the seller's satisfaction!!! Terribly disappointed they were referred by our home inspector and while prompt to give us an estimate through our broker it took them over 2 weeks to clean our roof and have yet to do repairs. After several emails they called saying they would be out to do repairs on a Friday only to find out they did not. We have since had heavy rain and now our roof is leaking into our guest bathroom and we have yet to get a response. All I've gotten is that their techs are busy, you would think a roof leak would be a priority since that is what they do. They do not seem to be big on customer service

Called these folks to inspect my roof for a home sale and they sent out Shane to inspect it. He was great and very professional. He quoted me a price for a complete new roof if I decided I needed on in the future and acknowledged the roof probably has five more years on it and stated I needed to have a piece of flashing installed. $200 bucks later, I had the new flashing and report for the sale of my home. Seemed like a good company until I realized our chimney to our wood stove was raised by about two inches and leaking after they replaced the roof. Owner came out and patched it and said he could fix it for $700-900! I have pictures of the chimney before and after. It's clear that they did something to the chimney. They said it's an over 20 year old chimney so that's the problem- Wrong! The house wasn't even 20 years old. So then they said the sun cracked it because it had been so hot outside. Huh? Are you serious? I mean, I was born at night, but not last night.

I hired these guys for a small commercial job. Got the bid in March approved, emailed them what seemed like dozens of times asking when can we start the job got nothing but attitude from the office assistant saying they are backlogged. Finally in July they start the job. Guy was nice but very inconsistent with the times he felt like starting work. Would tell me he'd be their at one time and either show up late or not at all. Bottom line work was done half assed and was over charged 2,000 dollars. Wish I could give a negative review. Almost forgot to mention my roof still leaks

This company did our roof about a year and a half ago, it looked good, seemed great, until we started having leaks with our chimney. Called them and they said it was a mason issue, called a mason and they said it was the roof. Had to pay to have the chimney flashing re done. When the repairs were made we found more issues with the workmanship. Tar paper was left out on the crown of the roof and around all the skylights and chimney, just bare wood! I can't say enough good things about this company. They came highly recommended to me by 3 other people who had just as excellent of an experience as I did. When we found mold in our attic we called multiple companies to get bids and WeatherGuard Roofing Inc. sent a guy out the next day to give me a quote. He was able to turn the quote quickly and gave me a very fair price. After they found out I was pregnant they went above and beyond by having their crew come out as quickly as possible just 4 days later (on a Saturday even) to replace my entire roof so that we didn't have to deal with

I had an odd experience with this company, similar to Ahn's. I called to get an estimate. A woman answered. I told her I needed a bid and she suggested 2 the next day. I said that another contractor was coming then and asked if they could do it another time. She said "You're getting another bid?" I said yes. She said, "We don't make appointments". Then after a pause, she said they couldn't help me. I tried to get her to help. She said "Thank you for calling" and hung up! I'm not really sure what happened. I guess I'm rating

I wish I could have given Weatherguard the five stars that other reviewers said they deserve for their excellent workmanship. Unfortunately, for me, it never got to that point. Two weeks out from our scheduled work date, I received a call from Weatherguard stating that Bob the owner is refusing to do work on my roof because there were too many "unknowns." Man these guys are good. I called 4 companies for bids only 3 showed up. Weatherguard had the best price after I accepted their bid they were out the same day to drop off materials and at my house early the next day to do all the work. Fast and clean. And the best part no more water buckets all over my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or a new roof like I did.

These guys are great. Hard workers, and the price beat anything I found in Seattle. Yes, they came from Olympia to Seattle to do my roof. Oh, and did I mention that they found a whole 4 extra layers of roofing material UNDER a second layer of sheeting the previous owners had put down? No, and they handled it in stride. They did charge me more for disposal but it was reasonable and there is no way they could have known. They were very personable and professional to deal with through all of this. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
