Tried to call the number on google to get an answer to a question. The person answering was to busy and hung up on me. I think she thought I was trying to sell something. Tried to call and ask again and she was rude said she was busy and goodbye. Couldn't speak to the quality of work myself because they haven't even done work for me but the customer service is horrible.

We did a very nice job on replacing about a 20000 ft² built up roof. They did this job about 5 years ago and they come back every year to inspect it and see if there is any repairs needed. Of course they charged for that inspection each year it's only fair.

This company has been working on our roof since September 4th. They estimated about a week to finish, it's now September 24th and they still aren't done... ridiculously unprofessional.

Quality work with excellent communication. I work in commercial property management. No one wants to have a roof leak. However, I know when I call Madsen up, I'll get help right away, I won't have to wait, and I trust that they know what they are doing. Additionally, their customer service is excellent.
