Update and another 5-Star review for IBEX, who did a fabulous job on follow-up work for our roof. A few months after IBEX originally installed our shingles, there ended up being a manufacturer's defect (not IBEX's fault at all) on the ridge caps. IBEX sent a team out and fixed the problem and it looks amazing. A big shout-out to Chad, who is literally a perfectionist in his workmanship. I cannot recommend IBEX enough.

We had a leak in a roof due to improper installation. We had multiple companies come give us estimates to replace it prior to IBEX scheduled appt. Cody from IBEX was the first to look, identify the problem, and then tarp it to prevent additional damages. Though they were not the least expensive, the customer service and their policy of yearly checkups sealed the deal. The installation crew was on time, professional and finished the job within the allotted time. They cleaned up all the debris and then combed the yard with magnets. The quality checks with Sam a week later furthered proved their dedication

Reasonable prices and good service. Had moss growing on the edges of my north side roof shingles. They were on time for the estimate and did a nice job removing the moss. The only critique I have is for several weeks after the job was completed I had roofing materials falling on my outdoor furniture every time it rained but in all fairness to IBEX...when I called to have them come back to make sure the gutters were clean and to check on the roof again, they were very responsive. That's why they get 5 stars. I'll use them again.

IBEX Roofing did an excellent job for us. They were professional from the first time they sent someone out to our house to give us an estimate to coming back at the end to check all of the work. Workers themselves were friendly, skilled, and on time. I appreciated the Cody gave us an estimate while he was here. No lag time. The roof itself looks fantastic. They had to replace mutliple plywood pieces and two skylights, and this too went smoothly. This is a big ticket item, I was scared of making the wrong choice. We can highly recommend them.

Last week on Thursday when there was heavy rain, I found water leak in my garage. Rain water was dripping from B vent metal pipe (gas exhaust) that’s attached to my heater. It was a nightmare because that’s a clearly very unpleasant experience right before Christmas. I called several roofing company and came across IBEX roof. While not a large house gutter job, they were very prompt in getting me an estimate and followed up with doing the job as scheduled once I accepted the bid. Over Christmas, I discovered that there was a leak in my roof (fun Xmas gift from the universe, ugh). I was aware that my roof was 20-25 years old, and I was planning to replace it soon-ish, but the leak moved that up to ASAP. We had been needing a new roof for a long time. We weren't even sure we could last another winter with the old (20 years) roof we had. We called Ibex and Cody came out to give us a bid. He was super informative, helpful and straightforward. Very satisfied with IBEX roof. We had 'signed off" on their after completion inspection- however, then after that sign off, we had a couple of concerns. I contacted the owner (Kirk) and they sent out their supervisor (Jesus) and he fixed what few concerns we had and also made it very clear that "we aren't happy unless you are happy." We are senior citizens who not re-roof educated so we really didn't understand what to expect. We had our home built 22 years ago- and are still in touch with our builder. I'd give 7 stars if I could. IBEX was as professional and personable as it gets. We needed a new roof pretty badly. It was a huge job - a large roof with multiple curves and corners, a couple of steep areas, oh and the need to rip off 3 existing layers of shakes and composite shingles and fully resheath the roof. It scared off more than one roofing company.

I was very disappointed that they still charged me $79.00 after they came out just to tell me that they will not do my repair. I would have rated them higher had they stated they wouldn't charge since they are not doing the repair.
I changed it from 1 to 4 stars because they decided to review their policy and refund me the service charge. The staffing on the phone and the one who came out where very friendly.

One doesn't expect to rave about a re-roof, but such was our experience with IBEX team's project on our flat/low-slope roof. IBEX values teamwork--efficient, friendly schedulers; Kirk explained options, made a product recommendation, and provided an explicit, detailed bid on site; the roofers were super to have on-site (and NO damage to plants & deck below!). Our experience with Ibex in a nutshell - Friendly, respectful, straightforward. Quoted and honored a very reasonable price with easy financing option. Used high quality materials and did high quality workmanship resulting in a beautiful new roof that was done right.
Before we found Ibex, we had talked with a few other roof companies. One gave us a signed quote and then wanted to raise the price. Another wore us out with a 2+ hour high pressure sales speech. None of these companies truly listened to what we wanted and what our price range needed to be.

Had Kirk come out to repair some blown off shingles and give an assessment on the remaining life of my roof. He took a thorough look (even invited me up - no thanks!) and came back down with photos of trouble spots and areas to keep an eye on in the future.
I assumed he would just head up back up the ladder with some shingles and a few nails but he also loaded up with caulking and sealant so I feel confident that the repair work was very meticulous.
He let me know that I still had a few good years left on the roof and discussed gutter cleaning / replacement options without any sales pressure

I bought a house in Yacolt WA and with the heavy rains we get in this region I wanted to make sure I had a roof that was not going to leak and cause severe water damages. After watching IBEX complete a major roofing project near our home, we called them for a quote to install an attic fan and some other small work. We scheduled an appointment and the owner, Kirk, was on time and respectful. We discussed the work and at our request, he checked out our entire roof and pointed out some small areas of concern. We agreed to a price and he showed up ready to complete the work about a week later.
He and an assistant completed the work quickly as agreed and we will use IBEX again when we need a quality roofer.
