18 years ago, Kat could only handle cleaning homes and properties in & around her neighborhood. I absolutely LOVE Kat and her amazing crew! I was embarrassed to have them over at first because my place was a mess, so I tidied up a bit. She took what was decent and made it phenomenal! Seriously, I don't think my apartment was this clean when we moved in. I am beyond happy! Kat is a rockstar!

I was interested in doing a regular clean, so they came out for an initial "deep clean." I was told they couldn't dust items because of clutter - I had two surfaces that were very cluttered and said hey, skip these areas. But evidently my cable box and Roku were clutter, the one item on a nightstand was clutter, tissues boxes were clutter, fronts of book cases are clutter, fronts of stove/microwave/dishwater weren't cleaned, spots left on the kitchen floor from mopping (that came right up with a paper towel) etc. Some items I can understand not moving - like I have a huge nail polish collection

Tried several times to get a quote. First time, I got an email a couple weeks later saying to call but, at that point, I'd already found a cleaner. When that cleaner feel through (see other review), I reached back out to Kat's because I want to use someone locally-owned. A few days later, I rec'd an email saying to call. I called and was told to text. I send a text and all I got was crickets.

She is like your girl next door who comes over to clean
She has no idea what products clean well
She doesn't know how to get rid of watermarks
And doesn't know how to clean the floor
She overcharged and is a waste of money
My landlord thought her cleaning was amateur and sloppy and still charged us a cleaning fee

I was assigned Heidi from Kat's. She has been great. I can't afford most luxuries in life but this is a must have splurge. Having a thoroughly cleaned home without having to put forth the extra effort is so nice and Katz's makes the splurge worth the money. Have been a customer for about a year and will likely be for many to come.

My husband and I have been using Kat's Cleaning for several months, and I can't say enough about how amazing they are! Ashley is very thorough and makes our home look perfect every time! And this is probably particularly challenging due to our white tile, white carpet, and composite flooring.
Kat's prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to the larger, flashier-marketed cleaning services. We paid for one of these places to clean post-remodel, and they didn't come close to the level of cleanness that Kat's provides, AND they were more than double the price

Kat's Cleaning is first off, a woman owned small business that deserves support! Secondly, Kat and her staff have a very high standard of clean and are super efficient. I've learned more about how to clean hard to reach and hard to clean areas from Kat than I ever learned from my own mom! They really pay attention to little details and I especially recommend them for deep cleans (like for move-in/move-out for rentals)

I've been using Kat's Cleaning for several years now, and the service and attention to detail has not changed a bit. Every other Wednesday I come home and can see and smell that my house is clean and is ready for another 2 weeks of abuse. Ignore any of the nay sayers who give 1 stars. Kat's Cleaning is the best!

I love Kats Cleaning! Ashlie is so great and friendly and keeps my house at a manageable level. Without them, I would truly live in a disaster zone. I'm a full time working mom and just don't have the time to keep up with the house, but twice a month I come home from work to an immaculately clean house. Trustworthy and awesome.

Kats used to be a great service, but has majorly gone downhill. At the beginning when Kat cleaned the service was exceptional. She was very nice and did great work. Over time it has gotten much worse. Last time we used the service the house was still a mess. The girls she hires are not super trust worthy either.

I do not know if this was a one time experience or if the reviews are written by friends of Kat, but our cleaning was subpar. Admittedly we just moved here, and perhaps our expectations of "clean" may be different than most. However, for $75 and an hour and a half, our 950 square foot apartment, which is brand new construction with us as the initial tenants, was not cleaned well. Our couch was never touched, and food remained on both the couch and in the crevices. The vinyl flooring, while mopped, had debris left and I was compelled to vacuum after our cleaner left. We just moved in to a new place and needed an initial cleaning, which Kat arranged on short notice. She showed up and did an incredible job, at a very reasonable rate (so much so, we decide to hire her for ongoing bi-weekly service and have already referred a friend to her for his move in and ongoing services)
The previous tenant had left a hair dye stain in the master bathtub but it was no match for Kat and her magic powers. I am so glad to have found Kat, and am confident that with her and her team's help my home will be clean despite an awfully crazy work schedule.

After moving out of our townhouse we decided to rent it out. Through the process of moving out the place became quite dirty. Kat came in and cleaned it before the new renters moved in. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean it looked and smelled. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would enthusiastically refer her to friends and family.

My only regret is that FB won't let me give her more stars. I've used many cleaning services and honestly, they're okay. I'm astounded and how MUCH she did, how AMAZINGLY well she did it and she's SO affordable. I cannot recommend Kat highly enough. She's incredibly flexible with how often and when she'll come. If you're even remotely considering a cleaning service, using anyone else is wasting your money.
