Very welcoming and friendly staff Jason. He helped us with no problems. Gave us a tour of the facility, explained how everything works, brought us water to our room. Very low key & super clean place. Surround sound and refreshments available to purchase. We opt d to also purchase relaxing scent pods and flame less tea lights that are available at the desk for a more enhanced mood. Jacuzzi tub water was fresh and shower was hot or cold to our liking. Dimming lights and clean sauna topped it all off. Our first of many visits to come! Well worth every Penny and more. Thank you so much for this wonderful

This place is a gem and I can't believe I didn't discover it until I moved out of Federal Way. The price, staff, atmosphere, amenities, it's all incredibly awesome! I've seen the reviews about it having a wear and tear vibe but the place has been around for what.. like 40 years? Constant moisture does a number on anything and I think they've done an excellent job at maintaining the facility. The addition of the TV really took it to another level. Thank you Elliot Bay!

For around $20 to be able to soak in the hot tub for an hour, have your own personal sauna, shower and bed? It’s fantastic!
Though certainly it can be used for naughty purposes, which is also great ☺️,just going to relax and soak is quite a treat. The rooms seem to be quite clean to me and everyone was very friendly.

During a pandemic it's a true luxury to be able to use a sauna, hot tub, and shower that I know has been disinfected between uses, and is pretty safe as a result. The only issues I had were that the huge clock on the wall, while visible from the sauna, didn't work, which was no help at determining how long I'd been in the sauna. Also, the music controls stuck, and it took forever to change them. However, other than that, it was really great to be able to finally sit in a sauna again.
