Answered my call on a Saturday. Was upfront and honest about the type of service we can expect in regards to repair or replacement. We live in an apartment now but when we owned houses we called Felluca several times over the years. They were always quick, polite, efficient, and super helpful. We are taking all steps necessary to keep our customers and staff safe. Although our hours have changed a bit, Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Sunday we are closed, we still want to keep our customers moving. We are deemed essential as we service larger companies, Fire Stations and Ambulance locations throughout many counties.
This also reinforces the essential business position, specifically that Garage doors are often used to provide a means of exit and egress from our homes. Properly functioning doors can facilitate exit from homes for people who may need to seek medical attention or to respond to public service calls.

Felluca installed a garage door 25+ years ago. They have always serviced it and the mechanisms with expertise. Today I was having difficulty with the opener remote. My late husband always took care of things like this. I suspected a battery, but didn't know how to access it. I called with my ridiculous problem, and the man who answered took the time to explain in easily understood detail exactly what I should do. He was very courteous and pleasant in doing so. I followed his instructions, and everything is fine now. Thanks Fellucas.

My wife and I have used Felluca Overhead doors a couple of times now and they have always been fantastic. The first time I called for service, I was having trouble connecting a new remote to an older model garage door opener. I scheduled a technician to come out to take a look. Before they came I received a call from them and the gentleman explained that what I was having done was very easy and he could save me a $110 service visit by going over the process with me on the phone. He was very helpful and I was able to get my remote connected for no charge.

We have used Felluca Garage doors for several years with great success.
One of the key aspects of interacting with Felluca is: When I phone their number, someone picks up within one or two rings and professionally and promptly begins the process of work scheduling.
Recently, we needed the seals on all of our garagee doors re-done. As usual, when I called the work was scheduled professionally and promptly and the Felluca truck arrived 5 minutes early to the appointment.

Great Company. Mark is an excellent Mechanic. They don't make parts for my Wayne Dalton door
Operator anymore. I needed a new sprocket. Mark had 1 left. When I called Mike said they might have 1 left someplace. Some companies would have just said the parts are discontinued and they would try and sell me a new door operator. I always call Felluca. Honest Company with great Mechanics. Mark change the sprocket and readjusted everything. He even sprayed all the rollers and hinges with lubricant. He checked over the whole door looking for other problems. I would recommend Felluca to anyone.

My wife and I had a torsion spring break on us on Tuesday, didn't notice until Wednesday morning when I was trying to go to work. I called 4 places Wednesday night, Felluca overhead doors, Tracey door company, Roly-door, and RCHSTR Same day garage & spring repair, and left messages. Felluca called the next morning at 8:05, assessed the situation, quoted around $300, and could get a tech out that afternoon between 12 & 3. Only other company that called back was Tracey door company at 10:10 and they couldn't do the job until the 27th. Kind of hard when your cars are stuck in the garage. Anyway, Dave

We called at 11am on a Monday as the spring on our garage door broke over the weekend. They were able to give me an estimate while I was on the phone and scheduled the repair that afternoon. The technician arrived on-time, was very nice, quickly completed the repair and the final price was exactly as quoted. After scheduling the service, we received a call back from another company that we left a message for and the price from Felluca was also much better. If needed, we will be using Felluca again in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!
