Alliance door is not a professional business. The door installers think it’s ok to use a toolbox that costs more than they are worth as a work bench for their foam packaging and before they leave they manage to put a big dent in the box taking the paint off. Tried to contact them but they ignore this issue. Rip off company. Don’t do business with them

They need to do a better job working with apartment management to notify residents of maintenance.
My car has been stuck in the garage for an hour and I was supposed to leave to meet a very important client 30 minutes ago.
The apartments should notify residents, but when I asked for an ETA, they said 20 minutes 40 minutes ago.
Not cool.
