Tracey Door Company has been family owned and operated since 1984. John Tracey, who had been in the construction industry since the early 1960's and his son Tim Tracey, who had been in the tool and die industry decided to start their own business in a small warehouse on Stonewood Ave. Soon they outgrew that space and moved to Maple Street.

Timely, professional, reasonably priced! They were able to repair my door much quicker than I anticipated. They left the area clean and were very quick and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised with the bill! And it was easy to pay since I could not be there- just called in. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. Thank you!!

I contacted Tracey Door to schedule a service call for my aunt's garage door. Prior to scheduling an appointment, Michelle requested that I call back when I was at my aunt's home and able to answer some questions first. After answering her questions about make and model number and symptoms, she was able to advise me how to resolve the problem without a service call. This company is all about the service, not about making money. Well done Tracey Door.

This company has installed multiple doors for me at different locations and have also came out to repair my garage door. Every time they have done an exceptional job. When they leaves it looks fabulous and there’s never any BS. They just come do the job nicely and leave. Also very competitive pricing and reasonable. I would definitely use this company again. Fortunately for me, I've known the owners of Tracey Door for many many years. They have installed garage doors on two different residences of ours. We have lived in our present residence for over 35 yrs and our Tracey Door is still working like the day it was installed.
Their products are quality made and top of the line.
The installers were very professional, meticulous about their work, cleaned up after themselves and helped me understand what I needed to do for general maintenance / upkeep of the door before they left.

They came out when they said they would and fixed our door for a reasonable price. The only issue was that I had to get them back out a few weeks later for a different issue on the same door. I feel they should have given us a break on the cost but we were again charged $80 plus tax. A call to Michelle at the company did not result in a discount. I would still recommend them b/c they are knowledgeable.

Started off as a wonderful experience. The serviceman was incredibly nice and professional but we had a slight issue with our door after the fact. When we called to get the matter resolved, we spoke to Michelle. Apparently Michelle’s mission is to make sure we never do business with Tracey Door again. Mission accomplished Michelle! ✌🏻

Use this company! They came out within an hour even though there was a snow storm and they were super busy because they knew I had a very important doctors appointment. The first company I called wanted to charge me double to come out and said the spring would have to be replaced even without seeing it. Tracy was fantastic. The tech diagnosed it quickly and it only needed routine maintenance. They were courteous and professional. Can you tell I'm impressed with Tracy. I'll always use them in the future.
