Handled moving professionally. Were very careful moving things and let me exactly what was happening the entire time. The price was reasonable and they are based out of Rochester, NY area so it was a short trip for the move. I would gladly use them again. Customer Service is slow to respond though. Plan to email and wait like two days for an answer on anything. Voicemail isn't any faster either although they will give you a detailed answer when they contact you back.

We have always been so pleased with the wonderful service and care that Bob Bauer and team provide for each family moving experience. We have moved my elderly father twice in the last year and Bauer & Son are amazing. They take such good care of one's personal items, furniture of all sizes and provide humanistic care. I worked with Bauer & Son Moving Co. this Spring to help move my father out of his assisted living residence. They were professional and kind, treating me and all of my father’s belongings with care and respect. I was in from out of town for a few days and asked if they could do this move on extremely short notice; they were able to accommodate which was amazingly helpful. I highly recommend this caring and professional team and would definitely call on them again!

Bob was great. His staff were very friendly. If I ever move again this will be the company I would use. I was offered to move up my move date because of a last minute cancel. This worked great for me. I had a some old furniture that needed to be disassembled and carried to dumpster. Bob was happy to do it! Great company!

I first came across Bauer Moving at a Senior Living facility where I worked as a Caretaker. I noticed how efficient and friendly the workers seemed to be. After approaching Bob Humphreys (the supervisor) about contacting me for possible future business, he gave me a company business card and I called him. He was very polite and helpful on the phone so I decided to schedule a move for my elderly mother to a Senior Living facility. Bob was very cordial and assured me that he was experienced not only with senior moving but also with the same facility my mother was moving to. I was thrilled!

We hired Bauer and Sons to move us locally, with one truck and 3 men . We has a lot of large, heavy furniture, and a lot of stairs. The day of the move, one of the men called in sick, so we had Bob and Scott. Despite my initial concern with so much to move, on a 90 degree day, they were not only extremely careful and efficient, but very personable. It took 2 trips, and 9 hours, and they kept up a steady pace throughout. We were extremely impressed and happy with the move! Great work ethic, and reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend to family and friends.
