Our Movers were Chino, Dre, & Randy. They were extremely Professional, Efficient, and Thorough with all aspects of the move. I am stunned with their Moving & Packing Logistics. Everything was moved and packed into the Truck with Precision. These guys are the real deal. I would recommend these Gentlemen 10 out of 10 times.

When we moved to storage in September, we used Bauer and Son. They were supposed to have a 3 man crew but showed up with 2, of which 1 man was very negative and displeased. We found out yesterday that they scratched two 1940 family heirlooms/hutches
Yesterday. Jessie, Juan, and Chris from Interior Moving Services moved our furniture out of… storage and into our new home. I cannot rave enough about their professionalism, positive attitudes, friendliness, helpfulness, and care for our belongings. I will only use them again for my future move.

I moved last week from a two-bedroom apartment into a new house. My downstairs neighbor used them a few months back and highly recommended them so I went straight with them. I called after I found out my closing date and they were able to get me in within a few days. Derek and Kurtis came out and did a great job. They had to struggle with getting a… large couch out of my second-floor apartment but managed to and then quickly got everything else out. They were extremely professional, asking where things should go when we got to unloading. I would definitely recommend them myself to anyone

They did not call to notify me when they were on their way (as was requested) and were late with no contact number to get a revised ETA. Without knowing where or when they left it was difficult to ensure the time I paid for was being used appropriately. The gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and professional but a little slow to start which also added to valuable time being added I was paying for. Otherwise the equipment provided was more than enough, they were gentle with my goods, and sensitive to asking if I wanted anything delicate placed in my own personal vehicle vs theirs.

First let me point out they DO NOT do background checks on their employees! I hired this company to simply load my items from my 3 bedroom home into my own moving van. I had asked them many times to use the moving pads and wrap (I supplied) so my furniture would not be damaged. To my surprise when I went to unload the truck they didn't do any of that so EVERY piece of furniture was damaged!!! The worst part of the entire experience, was that their movers are THIEFS!!!! They went through my things and stole my wedding ring, a bunch of jewelry, and other expensive

This company disappointed in many ways. We had breakage of a large decorative planter / pot that was originally $350-380 dollars, plus glass broken and frames damaged on large and small artwork, damage to a newly planted shrub that is now half dead, damage to walls and a late night return that startled us at 9:30pm. They returned a mattress and box spring they didn't want but wanted initially that we were going to dispose of. Upon that late night return they also found a box of items that was left behind in one of our storage units.

Wonderful moving company. I've already recommended to a close friend who used their services and he was very happy with them.
From what I know, I believe this is a family business and it shows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movers were polite and worked very hard. It also seems that the owner is very hands on which is very hard to find with some companies.
When we moved we didn't have any breakage but, we did purchase insurance just in case. As with any moving company we knew the risks and wanted to protect ourselves but the guys did a great job with no breakage! The

We recently moved from a 2-bedroom apartment to our first home. They are a bit pricy, but worth it to avoid all the heavy lifting ourselves. We had 3 guys total for about 7 hours worth of work. We had a second pick-up location and they were great about handling the logistics of that. The leader, Doug (I think), was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and kept everything moving at a good pace. Juan (I think was his name) was also very efficient and a hard worker.

I had started working with another moving company in town who gave me an outrageous quote that they couldn't explain/break down for me and who was almost impossible to get a hold of...never answered their office phones and didn't call back until a day or two later. They are a bit pricier compared to the other companies. They charge for travel time so for us, moving from Rochester to victor, they charged us an extra $124 which equated to travel time from the office to our Rochester town home, Rochester to Victor and Victor back to wherever their office is. We paid about $500 for 3 hrs two bedroom town home worth of furniture/stuff. They provided 3 guys. Some of the guys were a bit slower than the other. They need more "direction" and project managing. We ran out of time so when they unloaded to our Victor home, everything was left in the garage

In 2011 I moved out of my apt in Rochester a few months prior to moving to San Antonio. I had items to be picked up in Pittsford and off Park Ave then brought to the storage unit where they would sit until a moving truck that would travel cross country could get there.
After calling more than 4 places in Rochester, Interior Moving Services offered the best pricing for move and storage. Their space is in a building so there's no concern over temperature and climate change affecting your items. For a climate-controlled space, they beat all the rest in the area as far as price and service.

Superb service. They were in contact with me until they got to my place to move in my stuff. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional (both who was in contact about the move) as well as the movers themselves. They were on time and precise. The price came in lower than originally priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!
