Beware of this company for your moving needs, their promise was to replace anything that was broken during the move, I paid extra for this insurance. They broke 7 items worth over $6000 , they offered $1,000! I would not hire them again, they may have a low price, but in the end it will cost you more!

This was a good choice for us. At 9 sharp they rang the doorbell and set to work. On a 90 degree day they worked fast and hard. They were strong and fit carrying things I can barely lift upstairs in one hand. At days end they were under estimate in both time and price. Needless to say I was well satisfied with the choice of this company as our movers.

I have worked with other moving companies in the Rochester area in the past who have damaged my things and damaged walls. I chose White Gloves Moving Company because of their excellent reviews. Luis, Oliver and Jose came to my apartment and moved my things into my new home. They were exceptionally professional, polite, careful and had great attention to detail. My furniture and boxes were carefully handled and were not damaged at all. They re-set up my bed and other furniture equipment and were timely and efficient. I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service. I will refer my friends

Oliver, Bobby, and Noah were great. They were very professional and highly effective at disassembling and moving our furniture. You could tell they knew what they were doing and they were a pleasure to chat with as well. I was impressed with their ability to pack the truck effectively and fit all of our random pieces of furniture. They didn't take any breaks and were very conscious of not wasting any time. 10 out of 10.

We had Bobby, Noah and Oliver that performed our move. Talk about some impressive stuff. I was quoted for 3 hours of work but I asked for 2 hours just to move my heavy stuff. These guys worked the full two hours non stop with no guidance other then the initial walk through. I sincerely can't get over with how amazing these guys were. Extremely professional, on time and exceeded every expectation I had. They not only moved my heavy stuff, but also all my boxes and things that I was contemplating on abandoning. I had a wonderful experience with White Gloves Moving. I called on a Thursday morning regarding a couch which not fit up the stairwell in my new apartment. I spoke with Shawna and she was very efficient and was able to offer pricing and a time table (that afternoon) for the job.
The three gentlemen who accomplished getting the couch to the second level of the apartment building were wonderful. They were very polite, kind and professional. They went above and beyond to get the job done!
