Called the office and set up for our carpets to be cleaned. The office staff were very friendly. Amy and Melissa were very welcoming when talking with then. The had many times available for us to schedule. The ladies showed up and man are our carpets clean and the house smells good. All the spots were removed. Fast, easy, friendly, and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned. Great Job Serve Pro of Catonsville. We will be calling you again in the spring.

I recently had a fire in my apartment all the businesses and insurance people that I've spoken to in the past week have not made things much easier I was still left confused not knowing what to do I spoke to Katie and Toni at Servpro I was ready to pull my hair out losing my mind I was very depressed distressed and the two of them are the only… people that I've spoken to that were genuinely empathetic and understanding to my situation I'm so glad that I didn't call anyone else I couldn't have asked for a better company or two better people to help me in such a crisis I am truly grateful

The two ladies that came out were very knowledgeable , and extremely professional ! They went straight to work , and after they were done they explained in detail all the work they had done.
