First Choice arrived quickly to clean up, board up, and build up. Hurricane winds caused damage to the roof of this Decor Design Studio causing water to make its way inside the building. Our team completed water mitigation to dryout the interior of the premises. Storm waters caused significant damage to this apartment complex.
This past summer our condo was damaged by smoke and water due to a fire two floors directly above us. First Choice arrived before the firemen finished putting all of their equipment and hoses away to evaluate the situation. I am still waiting for an answer on the fact that smoke damage is in my carpet from a large fire that was at a condo complex in Rehoboth Beach. The smoke billowed in while the fire raged due to the fireman kicking in my door and leaving it open for days.
Since Oct. 2019, my condo is still not ready to move in. And my unit was only smoke, nothing else. I have told this company several times about smelling smoke and getting severe headaches from just walking in 5 min.s to view what HAS been completed. I know it is in my carpet, that's all that is left to hold the smell, unless it it the heating
