I was in need of mold remediation estimate for possible mold in my home. I searched google for companies that would come out to consult and give an estimate with no up front fee. Flood and Fire Response came to my rescue. I called to schedule an appointment and the Project Manager, Thomas came out to assess. I actually requested Thomas be the person to come out for the assessment. I felt so at ease speaking with Thomas about what had happened in the basement. Thomas arrived on time and was thorough and honest with the assessment of the situation. He emailed the estimates to me that same evening

We came back from vacation only to discover a wet basement floor due to a pinhole leak in a pipe. That was an unfortunate slap back into reality. I called Flood and Fire Response and they were at my door within a couple hours ready to work. There were only 2 guys - Steve and James. Within an hour and a half, they had cleared out all the wet carpet, treated all the surfaces to ensure mold spores weren't multiplying and had all the fans running. They cleaned up and took all the trash with them. Thank you Steve and James for a job well done.

F and FR LLC were extremely professional and helpful throughout a very stressful situation via flooded basement and subsequent damage. Lenny and his crew were flexible, competent and very polite. Walls and floors were repaired as promised ... clean up of area was handled as requested. Leila (in office) was a joy to work with .. very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend using their services. I was desperate under a lot of pressure when the emergency water flood happened in the basement. I had no prior experience or knew anyone to call for repair. I happen to find Flood and Fire Response online and when I called "Ayla" answered the phone. She is an angel. She provided remarkable customer service and was very compassionate about my issue. She sent a contractor over the same day, even though was after hours and he did an amazing job cleaning up the water, drying the walls and used anti-bacterial solution to prevent from black mold. Everyone was great to work with... from calling to get an estimate, scheduling the work and follow up to see if anything else was needed. Office staff is so friendly and professional; estimator was on time, professional and informative; crew doing the work was on time, professional and thorough. Price was VERY fair. I would not hesitate to contact them again. If needed, they will be the first place I will call in the future. I cannot say enough how happy we were with their work.

Very professional and pleasant group of business people to work with. They did a great job of getting our basement mold problem under control and cleaned up. Very attentive to the customer being fully satisfied. Also all work done was guaranteed so only time will tell if the problem will return or was it worth the cost. Shawn and his partner did an awesome job at cleaning out my vents and not only that, they were knowledgeable with what I needed and explained to me what needed to be done to make my living arrangements much easier and safer.
