I have used SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park 4 times in the past 2 years. They were extremely quick to respond and were able to minimize the water damage in multiple rooms. The estimators were open and honest and at no point did I feel they weren't looking after my best interests. IF I COULD give ZERO STARS. After my toilet exploded in the basement I was told to call ServePro by family members. I was told they were great and repsonsive and came out the same day etc. I called. I spoke with a young lady that answered the phone. She explained that she could not schedule me because the problem had to be "fixed" and source found prior to clean-up. After waiting on the plumber to come the next day, I called back and asked for them to come out. I was told I had to pay $150 for the them to come out give an estimate and start work. We experienced a flood from our upstairs bathroom which damaged our carpeting, ceiling and vinyl plank flooring. Servpro responded quickly with the right equipment and experienced team to start the cleanup and drying process with fans and dehumidifiers. On a Saturday morning we woke to a fire in our garage smoking up the whole house. ServPro was there within the hour of calling them with industrial HEPA filters/air purifiers and began working on the remedying the smoke damage. They hand wiped every item in the house; cleaned the walls, ceilings and furniture over the next week weeks. All the staff during this time were incredibly professional, courteous and patient with my questions during this incredibly stressful time and their work was top notch.

We had a sewage backup in a bathroom in a high-end property used for weekly rentals. Our rental manager recommended SERVPRO, which we authorized on an emergency basis to satisfy the guests. SERVPRO came quickly, but did a poor cleanup job. There were remnants of the sewage still visible in the shower after the cleanup and there were other signs that the cleaning was not complete. We were charged just under $1,000 (one thousand dollars) for one hour of cleanup. Due to a fire in my main electrical panel, our house was filled with acrid smoke. ServPro came out the same day I called and checked the smell and tested the walls for residue. By that evening they had determined that the walls were okay and the most important fix was to filter the residue from the air. They brought in a set of high-volume air cleaners and a ionization device to clear the air. They operated of 3 days and 4 nights and did the job!
