When the unthinkable happens, Key Kleaning is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist homeowners and business owners.
Key Kleaning is readily available and provides optimum customer service for both the internal and external customer. Key has been an integral part of the success of our vendor program over the last 20 years. I highly recommend Key Kleaning to perform any water restoration or mold remediation work. I was personally in a bind and they responded immediately.
Key Storage offers 55,000 square feet of secure, climate controlled storage units to safely house the homeowner's personal property until construction is complete. After Key Kleaning's Contents Restoration Specialists have restored the personal property to pre-loss condition, the items are carefully stored in an individual storage unit at Key Storage.

People took our electronics and stated they were unsalvageable. Nicole said she didn't have the. Pictures and had to check to see if the workers had them in their phone. Noir incident occurred in 9/2020 and we talked to her about it in 5/2021. So who is keeping the records straight. We contacted them and the office Manager Nicole had no clue. She is an idiot. They admitted to their wrong. The Owner tries to smooth talk you. Which doesn't work. Word to the wise. If your insurance company or any Mulitifamly company want to hire them please beware. I have

My insurance company’s preferred contractor recommended this company to clean and pack my house after a major accident. We trusted this company to safeguard & store our things while our home was being repaired. However, they ended up damaging & stealing our items. They agreed to investigate, months later, we still have no answers Re: our stolen items. It was bad enough that we had to deal with the damage to our house & being displaced. Called Key Kleaning about a small flood in my basement. They responded right away. George came out to assess the damage and start the water clean up process. He and his team did a great job and even left the fans in place for a couple extra days just to make sure everything was completely dried out. Destroyed items were tarped up and hauled away quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Very professional and very friendly. We had water leak from our upstairs tub and through the kitchen ceiling. Key Kleaning did a great job of demolishing what had to be removed, and treating the wet and contaminated areas. George, Danny, and John were great to deal with, and it really made things easier for my family. Thanks again! Definitely recommend!
