When we first met Jeff and Sonja we had been looking for awhile to purchase a home in Colorado. We were hesitant about purchasing a new build but after meeting with them and discussing our needs we knew we were in the right hands. Our initial conversation with Jeff was send me pictures and ideas of what you want in your home. I told him it was all in my head and Jeff was able to see our vision and design the house of our dreams. Both Jeff and Sonja were able to make an overwhelming experience at times very easy.
