Tim has the Graduate Master Builder certification, which is the National Association of Home Builder's highest mark of distinction.
Currently only 4 builders in Colorado have the GMB designation and 350 nationwide. Tim guides customers through the first phases of the design/build process, as well as handling all of the bank draws, invoicing and trade payments. Lance is the construction manager, ensuring the highest quality build from design to warranty, and coordinating all trade partners.

Elevation homes put a duplex nextdoor. And put up a retaining wall between propertys. That put a four foot wall on seven foot of dirt because the four foot wall did not need a permit. Now monsoon rains are coming and wall is still not fixed. This all after he reassured me it would be done right. Welcome to the westside !
