Russ worked with us to develop the plans and a budget we were comfortable with. The construction started and finished on time and on budget.

I was particularly impressed with the quality of work by the subcontractors, all of whom were competent professionals with good work histories. All the construction staff went the extra mile to minimize their impact on our use of the house. The finished basement is attractive and highly functional, and we've been very pleased with the quality of the construction work and the installed fixtures.
