PREFACE: Great family and I STILL love my home!
However, I am updating my review from 5 stars based on post sales follow up the last 6 months chasing to get my 30 day walk through list completed. I work from home and have been highly accessible. Great family but they really need to hire a post sales PM who's sole responsibility should be scheduling the follow up work-their current process is just not working.
We were rushed to close on time due to tight scheduling with other events going on in our lives when we purchased. There were still some pending touch ups at post closing walk through we

We have built several homes with semi-custom and custom home builders. Each time we learn a little more about the process and how to really tailor it to suit our needs. The last one with Majestic Home here in Colorado Springs netted us exactly what we were looking for. Of course the process at times could be a bit overwhelming and not everything always goes to plan.
All things considered we are very happy with the home and the level of engagement we had received from both Toni and John (Majestic owners). For privacy reasons not going to share a photo of the house here but it is kinda a cool one
