Not only are all available Madison Lily rug designs original to our brand, a distinction almost unheard of in the rug industry today, but we offer custom rug design to ensure you receive a masterpiece tailored to your home and lifestyle.
The most important rule to remember: never use chemicals and always vacuum with the grain. STEP 2 - Use a cotton cloth dampened with warm water or club soda to blot the affected area. Be gentle, as rubbing only works the stain deeper into the fibers. STEP 3 - If the stain is being stubborn, then try adding a mild or natural soap to the water and repeat the previously described steps.

They will take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. The staff will greet you, offer to help, and let you relax and look around. Always willing to show you all of your options in various settings, and explain in detail everything you want to know. Beware Madison Lily. The co-owner, Kelly, was all too eager to sell us two expensive rugs, which unfortunately we found out later, could not be spot cleaned. While we were selecting the rugs, we repeatedly mentioned our dogs and cat, and stressed that we may have need to clean up possible accidents in the future. She was happy and 'helpful' to sell us two that she wanted gone, and never mentioned that they were not of sufficient quality to ever be cleaned, in any manner.
When we tried calling for technical help, neither she nor Edgar were available or would return a call to us.
