Wonderful customer service. Our AC broke suddenly on a very hot day and the lovely representitive assured us she would do everything she can to send someone the same day and she held her promise. Rafael not only replaced the broken part but also fixed a sound problem we were having with the fan. Very professional and courteous. They earned our business for maintenance work as well.

The entire team at Accutemp is phenomenal! They have been servicing our home for years. I called them over the weekend because our a/c wasnt working. They called me first thing Monday morning and scheduled a same day service check. They diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Then they ordered the part I needed, (found it at a north Austin location) then went and picked up the part and came back same day to fix it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have used Steve exclusively for all our HVAC needs for the past 7or 8 years. He is responsive to emergency situations, fair in price, will not try to sell you an upgrade or to purchase unnecessary items. His response time is good and keeps you informed on his ETA.
Steve is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC and is always up to date on any new happenings in the HVAC world. I highly recommend Steve and Accutemp.

By circumstance, we had accidentally found Accu-Temp when our HVAC flooded our den, and Steve fixed it quickly, and spent more time answering our questions and concerns than resolving the problem itself.
Since then, we've only used Accu-Temp, and they've spent a considerable amount of their personal time off the clock answering constant questions (e.g. adding these exhaust fans).
My wife and I can not recommend Steve, Tina, Raphael, Damon, et al. enough! They're like extended family members to us!

We called Accu-Temp based on a recommendation from a friend. Our 17-year old AC unit had stopped blowing cool air and another company had told us the motor needed replacing. We were seeking an estimate on a new system. Steve came out and within 10 seconds of looking at the unit determined that it simply needed to be hosed off! We were shocked and relieved (and slightly embarrassed). We had had three other companies out that day and no one had suggested that; all the others had simply written up thousand dollar estimates for us. Steve's knowledge and honesty is unbeatable. Being in Real Estate, we turn in a lot of service requests for A/C and Heat issues every year. Many times the clients have a home warranty, and sometimes we just call a company directly. Normally, the service & response I've gotten from "warranty companies" has been SO poor. We know it's going to require a few days of pestering, following up, rescheduled appointments, and hopefully they can get a part ordered within a few days, then get back out. Most of the time we are almost a week out from a solution. (Especially if it's 100F or 40F)!

Wow. Can't say enough about Accu-Temp and Raphael's service on our AC. We have a 3 week old newborn and have been dealing with AC and plumbing issues for a week now. Once the plumbers determined a blocked AC line was the issue, we have Accu-Temp a call. They said Raphael would be out the same day between 4:30 and 6:00. We got a call just before 3:00 that he was on his way! In and out in just over an hour and at a very reasonable cost with no upsale attempts. He even discovered another potential plumbing issue the plumber completely missed, so thanks to Raphael we'll be able to get

Our experience with Accu-Temp's Steve Brock was exceptional! On a recent weekend our AC ceased working. We called several referred company's, one did not answer, the other could not come until Monday, the third, Accu-Temp, said they could be there by noon. Our hero, Accu-Temp's Steve Brock, arrived at noon, assessed our unit, found the problem quickly and fixed it! Steve could have told us anything and we would not have known the difference since HVAC's are not our area of expertise. Just adding more to my last review. I came home to a broken AC after work yesterday. I called Accu-Temp (after hours!) and left a message around 7. By 7:30, Tina called me back and apologized for the delay. 30 minutes turn-around on a voicemail is something I don't typically get even when an average office is open.
I managed to get a 10:30 appointment this morning. Steve was running a little behind but this was communicated to me and an updated ETA was provided.
Steve showed up and went right to work diagnosing the system. He happily explained what he was doing and how the system works

I have never had to use them for a big job but they have saved me money and time, coming out the dame day, on two visits. Steve was very thorough when I was having a problem with my HVAC air conditioner and Raphael came out to inspect my HVAC when the heater was acting up. Each time, they were able to diagnose and assist without a major part replacement.
When I do need a new HVAC, I'll be calling them.

These are the guys to call for reliable, honest, reasonably priced service. We've had Accu-Temp out to service both our AC and our heater. Each time they've been here, they've been super friendly, polite and very nice about explaining everything. We always feel like we've received genuinely good service whenever they finish a job.

Honest, reliable, and on time, I trust Steve to diagnose and fix my a/c without trying to sell me a new system or upgrades I don't need. It's hard to find service people you can believe in, but this company must have "Be Honest" as its motto. I would recommend to anyone needing a/c or heating service.

Just had my A/C repaired by Steve Brock from Accu-temp and was very impressed with his service.
Steve is a one man show so it did take a few days and some coordination to get him out to the house as he is very busy, but is worth the wait.
He patiently explained what the issue was and cleaned the coil that was causing some overflow of condensation in our A/C cabinet. He let me know that this may not permanently fix the problem since he wasn't actually able to remove the unit to do a thorough cleaning and gave me a quote on a replacement coil. This was done under a home warranty call.
