Not very happy with this company. I paid them a total of $351.47 in November 2021, $166.47 for 3 beveled strips of mirror and $185 to install the mirror. Upon arrival and after looking at the mirror, the technician felt it would best be hung by using a french cleat rather than the clip that was originally quoted. I gathered there would be an additional charge, but the owner wanted to charge me an additional $185. When I asked why she was charging me another $185 she told me that the first $185 was for gluing the three pieces of mirror, really, how much can glue cost? When pressed, she told

AZ Extreme came all the way out to my home in Surprise to perform warranty work on my sliding glass doors. The technicians did a great job replacing the glass panels in my doors and were also very thorough in their assessment of the rest of the problems we still have due to poor installation by another company. If the doors are replaced hopefully it will be AZ Extreme doing the work.

I'd say middle of the road to a poor experience. Definitely not the attention to detail that I expected. Our original quote was fine, but they didn't get everything correct (hardware color). That's minor (but sadly it all added up as you will see). We had them do 2 shower doors. For the master, the door was installed and after the fact, I was told that the manufacturer omitted the coating. They offered to come to my home to apply it. I needed 2 shower doors in my home. One door came without the proper coating. They took care of it. The other door shattered upon install. They left glass on the wall and did not properly clean up. After a month, I had to call to inquire about the status. They blamed their supplier and had to come back out and remeasure. Weeks later, I had to call again for status. They scheduled the install. On the install day (Friday), they did not show up. I had to call the office again. They showed up 3 hours later. Very happy with our new glass. We had 31 panes replaced in our second floor residence. Aaron was great. He was very professional and clearly was very knowledgeable and skillful. Price was reasonable. Happy with the discount, also. Some other members of the crew needed to be reminded more than once to wear their mask indoors.

They came and worked on our shower door, moved over the door on his own and put in poly carb trim to prevent leaking
WE HAVE NOT BEEN Spraying the water toward the door like he suggested we were doing because it's leaking again
They called and the owner call and gave us a very bad time told us you can't fix old after we told him were going to replace it somewhere down the road but were not having this local yokel do it.

We have used AZ Xtreme Glass & Mirror on three different occasions/work orders and will continue to use them for all our glass needs. What really speaks volumes is their hands on customer care...that genuine southern hospitality makes you feel taken care of and valued as a paying customer no matter how big or small the job is.
My daughter had two windows replaced at her townhome...we had a hiccup with the grid placement (HOA issue) and they were there within the week to completely switch everything out...no arguments or explanations needed they just took care of it!

Called to schedule estimate for glass shower door for a remodel they let me know I had to wait until all tile was done. She kept my number and followed up with me twice so I could make appointment. Guy who came out was professional and gave details on how the process would go. Got my quote within a day or 2. I didnt end up going with them because I got a cheaper bid but overall they were perfect

Finally, a place that provides quality glass and installation! I used them to replace my glass shower door (that another highly rated yelp contractor BROKE). They were able to get the glass delivered in a timely manner, showed up on time, installed it without breaking anything in my house, and it works perfect. Hired them to install and frameless shower recently. Nick came over to measure and when comparing to how the other company measured he was more detailed. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond which sold me. What really made them stand out was taking care of a problem that occurred. Cheryl was on top of it and they didn't shy away like some businesses would. I recommend using them.

Had to replace the glass in one of my patio doors. First went to Home Depot, and they said that they would have to replace the entire patio door, for a price of close to $2300, which I agreed to. They then called back, and said they made a mistake and instead it would be closer to $2700 (due to quoting the wrong size of my doors). I told them that was a little to much $ for me, and went on-line to see if someone could just fix the glass that was broken (one of the panes broke on a two pane sliding door).
