I have been in my Aspen Home for 6 months and LOVE IT! Great team to work with and they are there from start to finish. So accommodating in making changes to create the home that is right for you. Good quality and they use reliable and professional subcontractors. I get so many compliments on my new home! We were very happy with our experience building with Aspen as well as the finished product of our home. We wanted a number of unique design elements and the Aspen team was always happy to help us come up with creative solutions to make it happen The entire staff, including the owner Shelly, was always responsive and a pleasure to work with. We love our home and could not be happier with the overall quality of the work. We did have one big issue with the flooring subcontractor's portion of the project. Apsen built us an absolutely stunning home that continues to receive compliments every time someone walks through the door.
We shopped 30+ builders comparing price, quality, design, and flexibility. We found that most builders base models had very few upgrades in them. For example Belinski's base model looks like someone rummaged the menards reject bin for clearance based light fixtures. When viewing Aspen's model, we found their lighting was from BBC and the base model had a budget included to allow for selection of quality light fixtures. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than we had with Aspen Homes. We met with several builders and ultimately selected Aspen Homes. Cindy, Shelly, Jeff, Katie, and team were detailed, organized, and each one exceeded our expectations. We used Aspen Homes for our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier! Shelly is the owner and made the process so easy. We got everything we wanted plus more at the price we wanted to spend. After receiving many bids and talking with too many other firms we were convinced that we would have to break our budget or cut back on our plan.
