My husband and I have been through the building process before, but never with Joseph Douglas Homes. What a difference! The customer service was excellent, and the entire experience was amazingly smooth. They built our house on time and on budget, with great communication and high quality work. If we ever build another house, it will only be with Joseph Douglas.

I have built over 100 homes for myself and for other customers I have used several different local builders and several builders from the Milwaukee area over 35 years. When I came to build in my final home for myself I chose Joseph Douglas Homes I got to see the models I went to the home show and met Darren and Mike and I decided they were the builders for me.
The Joseph Douglas Team made the building of a home very simple you can do everything right at their office you get to work with an interior decorator and Darren helps pick out a lot of the architectural detail with you I went in there with

Joseph Douglas Homes built our forever home! We’ve enjoyed being in our home for over a year and a half now and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen JDH as our builder. From start to finish and even after the first year inspection , JDH and it’s contractors have been excellent to work with. They made the building process enjoyable and very easy to go through. They stand behind their products and communication was always excellent. Having an all inclusive pricing also made it simple as far as finances were concerned. Unfortunately I feel compelled to leave a poor rating for this company. the gentleman who came out to the homeless very knowledgeable and very nice and said that he would get back to me within a week or two. After 2 weeks I called to check in on the project and no one returned my phone call. I then called a few days later and someone called and left me a voicemail message saying they would get back to us soon. After two more weeks I checked in again no one was available to discuss the project. I finally got ahold of someone nearly 5 weeks after the initial visit only to have the owner say that
