Initial meeting with buyer to discuss Anderson Homes, building process, budgeting, and design ideas (agent attendance is optional). Throughout sales/design process with buyer to review designs and proposal (agent attendance is optional). An enjoyable, exciting & transparent customer experience for your client.
Building a home with us is truly a luxury experience. Once you make the decision to go with Anderson Homes, we will begin the process of designing your dream home. This phase starts with an initial architectural design meeting (generally 1-2 hours) where you meet face-to-face with our designer to begin laying out your new home.
There are a number of factors to consider when considering which lot to purchase. Our experienced team works side-by-side with you as consultants through every stage of the home design and building process. Anderson Homes will complete site evaluations for each lot that you have in mind. Anderson Homes' team of experts will visit your home site to assess the aforementioned items before you build and at no charge to you.
1. Do you have a bank pre-qualification? Anderson Homes shops frequently the banks and credit unions in Southeastern Wisconsin that offer Residential New Home Construction Loans. We can provide several referrals to you so you can gather a great overview of how a Residential New Home Construction Loan works.

Everyone at Anderson Homes is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Their office in Pewaukee is nicely decorated and I always feel welcome whenever I stop by for an appointment. Anderson Homes has Amazing attention to detail. Matt Anderson, the owner and Jodie in sales are both extremely quality conscious and are involved from start to finish. They build a tremendous home for the money invested. One thing I like is their building process and the transparent pricing. My husband and I had been planning our dream home for years. We came to Anderson with custom plans and could not be happier with our decision to build with them.
The sales team went above and beyond for us...we did things a little differently than other customers by not signing until we had our selections finalized. The sales team was very patient with us in this process and helped whenever we needed it. The vendors that Anderson has hand selected are extremely knowledgeable, and we are beyond satisfied with the quality of their products.

I approached Anderson Homes at the Parade of Homes in Brookfield for a mid to high end 1,500 sqft lower level finish. They stated they do lower levels so I wanted to hear more about their process. Long story short after 30 days of trying to get them to review my project they said they weren't interested in the project and that someone else could do it quicker and cheaper. I would have been fine with that upfront but they wasted so much of my time.
For one they didn't show up for the first meeting at my house to review the project. They said I was supposed to meet at their office but never stated

We built with Anderson Homes last year and have been living at our new home for several months in the Town of Polk.
