Excellent dealership..everyone is very helpful and makes you feel welcome with no pressure. I have worked with sales rep Andy for both my leases. He is very helpful and professional through the entire leasing process. He also makes sure you understand the entire process of leasing and answers any questions you may have so when you are ready to finalize your lease there are no surprises. Great company over all, staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! Finance department is great at helping all customers regardless of their situation! Low pressure sales department, alongside with managers that want to help! The service department is extremely urgent with repairs and accommodate/go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is fixed properly and in a timely manor!

It was quick and easy! I did most of it remotely. This is the second car I leased from West Herr. They will be my forever dealership. My salesman is JJ i love and trust him and his assistant Sloan. They are from the Lincoln dealer but with limited options they helped me with their Hyundai dealer. Anthony helped them order me a car. He was my salesman there he was also awesome. They all made the process smooth. I would recommend coming to West Herr because they have the best staff and unlimited options available!

Long story short..6 years ago when I came to Dave my credit wasn’t the best. He got me a beautiful car that I loved and taught me how to work on my credit. 3 years ago I traded that car for a newer car and my credit was better. I had no clue what I wanted but he found what I needed. Last week I traded that in for something even better and my credit was top notch. Not just a salesman looking for a quick sale but he invests in longevity of his customer. Best car salesman I’ve ever had! Takes his time, finds what interests his customer and makes it work! Only salesman I will go through!
