Easy Spa Parts is simply terrific! The service is outstanding. They go above and beyond in helping to fulfill and ship orders as well as troubleshooting hot tub issues. My much beloved 21-year old Dimension One Arena model recently needed some significant troubleshooting and upgrading. Phil was heroic in diagnosing issues, getting parts, and patiently guiding me on getting my hot tub up and running again. It's like a brand new spa. So thankful!

These guys are the BEST! Matt always gets my orders shipped out the same day and I receive them super fast.

Phil was excellent! I followed a YouTube video on Dimension one spa low flow error, followed the recommendations. Then called the phone number provided. He emailed me a video, which I followed. Still same error. Talked again and he asked me to check the fuses. Bingo, replaced the fuse and all working well.

Have an old (2005) D1 Aurora II. the pumps suddenly stopped working. got on the phone with ESP and they helped diagnose the faulty upper control unit, which they replaced because it was still under warranty. put new one in and got error message. back on the phone with them and they helped me diagnose and resolve. great support that is much appreciated and valued

I have a 15 year old Dimension One and love my spa. It needed a cover, replacement jets, light, even a filter. Decided to freshen it up and stumbled onto easyspaparts.com Ordered everything here and the service has been remarkable. There was a slight delay on the cover due to the Covid Pandemic (manufacturer had less employees in their shop) and the representative, Katherine, at Easy Spa Covers kept me updated until it arrived. Everyone from employees to the owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. Each of my orders were accurate and shipped fast. Pricing is reasonable as well. Highly recommend

2nd time I have contacted Easy Spa Parts for items needed for my Dimension One spa. I located them via an internet Google search and easily saw what I thought were the correct items. They have been extremely responsive and had exactly what I needed at prices much less expensive (including shipping from California to Michigan) than my local dealer/service. I got the answers I needed very quickly as well as detailed repair instructions with photos so I could do my own repair. This was never offered by my local guys. Parts were shipped very quickly. Easy Spa Parts will continue to be my "go to" place

I have been using Easy Spa Parts for years. The team is knowledgeable on D1 Spas and always provides the correct parts and help when needed. My recent purchase included a 3.6hp pump and pluming parts. The parts were received in Massachusetts within 3 business days. I have a 10-year-old dimension one spa and have been working with Phil over at Easy spa parts for the last six or seven years on minor issues that arise. They have taken care of warrantee issues until the warranty was up and since that time Phil has been a great source of knowledge and expertise he has always recommended proper parts and service as needed. I can't say enough about how helpful they are always with helpful videos and PDFs so I can get the job done myself. I highly recommend him and his company for all of your spa needs

Really poor communications. Even worse scheduling. I've been waiting over two weeks for warranty repair work and had three appointments cancelled, two with no call or notice. In each instance the tech said after the fact that he had other more important work for his stereo side-business that he had to take care of before me that either were last minute calls or double booking his schedule, and I lost out in the schedule conflict. I'm certainly going to take my concerns to the Dimension One spa people as there is no other choice for warranty repair work in this area. I wish there were

I was referred to Easy Spa Parts by Dimension One. ESP is for DIY guys who don't mind a little work to save a lot of money. I worked with Phil and it was great. Initially got the wrong part but it was quickly resolved. Phil helped me every step of the way using phone and FaceTime from diagnosis to final installation. I had to replace a faulty temperature sensor. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Easy Spa Parts! I now have a great supplier for all my spa needs.

These guys are the best - truly! The best customer service I've ever gotten. If you have a D1 spa and are a DIYer, there's no better source for parts and expert troubleshooting advice. Brandon guided me through a troubleshooting sequence that fixed the problem at minimal cost, and I didn't have to call the local service guy!

Extremely helpful - They have a great knowledge of parts and will take the time to explain how to install them properly and resolve problems. I had a spa problem that was unusual they called the factory and called me back in minutes. Some companies try and oversell you on parts when you ask a question, I found that Easy Spa Parts does not if they think you don't need a part they will tell you.
Fair prices and warranty - people often get fooled by a cheap price you have to consider the cost of the freight and what happens if you return something.

Great to know there are still businesses out there that want to help customers and not only make money off other people's back. Phil sent me pdf instructions on how to not only fix my spa but also how to "fix" it without buying any parts by bypassing the solenoid system. He wanted to be sure I was buying an item I actually needed and not just sell me something to make money. I'm beyond impressed and satisfied with his work and company ethics.

I can't imagine how a company could provide better pre-sale and post-sale assistance than these folks. I've ordered practically everything I needed to get my Dimension 1 spa back to perfect working condition from them. They always make sure I have the correct part and when I have questions during installation they have the answers. On top of all that their prices are more the fair!

Expert, professional help with your hot tub or spa repair. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure you get the right parts. I have talked to a couple of their employees, and I was impressed each time. Not only did they help me find the right parts, but they helped me do some trouble-shooting to make sure that was the part I needed. They saved me over $300 by not selling me the part I thought I needed. WOW!

Phil and his team are awesome. They were super responsive when our hot tub needed replacement hoses and was leaking due to a crack. They fixed everything under warranty and the quality of the work was fantastic. They even ensured that our dog didn't get loose while they worked in the backyard - how awesome is that?!

Phil is beyond helpful, and he helped me enjoy the satisfaction of Doing It Myself. Troubleshooted the Flow switch and control panel, as well as, replaced the thermostat (with upgrade) and entire light fixture like a pro. Could not have done it without them.
