Engineered for energy efficiency and high R-value, every cover we make combines two heat seals and high-density foam inserts to keep the warmth inside while the weather stays out. All our spa covers are tapered to shrug off water and sealed in 4-mil polyethylene to prevent moisture absorption. The strength of your spa cover is very important, especially if you have small children or large pets, or live in an extreme climate.
Measure the radius. This can be accomplished best with carpenters square, but can be done with a ruler and straight edge. Please be sure to use the same email address that you use with PayPal. Wow ! Bad product, bad service, and bad attitudes!
I really don't like to write negative reviews but I bought a brand new cover five years ago and was told it should last five years. Lasted about 20 months and I had to have it recovered. ( by them) That one lasted about a year and a half, and when I went in to see them they had a bad attitude and didn't want to stand by their product. He just kept trying to sell me a new one. I'd rather cover my spa with a piece of wood in a blanket then buy another one from them.

This place must have gone out of business but they have done nothing to assist existing clients. They do not answer phone calls or respond to voicemail messages. My landscaper got us a spa cover from this place, but they have not been available to assist us since then. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They don't answer their phone so it would be impossible to use them anyway.

King Spa Covers created a custom cover for our spa. A few months later, the cover became badly water logged. After sending the cover in for repairs, King Spa Covers returned it badly torn without informing us of the tears beforehand. After calling the company to inquire about the tears, they informed us that they knew about them but did not inform us before returning the cover and needed to charge us more to make the repairs. Why not call us while the cover was in the shop to let us know about the tears? Very disappointed.

I have gotten 2 covers for 2 different hot tubs over the past few years and both times were great experiences. The first was for a 3 person Jacuzzi Alexa and was ready the following day, sooner than promised. I called early today for my new/used Hot Springs Prodigy and it was ready by noon today! I can't imagine they do that all the time, but my experience has been Great quality, good price, they had all the templates and FAST.

Reasonable price and fast, friendly service make this an excellent firm to do business with. I live pretty close to this firm and dropped by late Monday afternoon to place an order for a new Spa cover. It was delivered on Thursday morning! The folks that own/run the company are real good to work with and make an excellent product.
