Expect to wait a year or more for delivery no matter what they tell you to the contrary. Do not believe the sales rep who verbally assures you that your spa will be delivered any sooner.
I'm now looking for the best consumer protection attorney I can find. They tell you they will refund your money if it's not here by a certain date, but that is not true at all. Once they have your money they don't care anymore, they just say read your contract, we are not responsible for any delays. My backyard has been sitting with a big expensive slab and electrical hook-up but all I get is excuses

We recently purchased our second D1 spa and it's even better than our first one. Our first D1 was a 1994 Cal Ultra 7.5 foot square model, and lasted 22 years -- what I loved about our first tub was the great product quality and white surface, but also the store we bought it from and D1 factory both provided quality service long after the sale.
This time around we looked at costco, hot springs and all the options locally and I was sort of surprised to find myself back to D1 again. This time we got a "At Home" 7 foot square model and it's better in every way to our previous tub

We are so pleased with our new hot tub! The process was pleasant from day one. The folks at the show room are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Delivery and set up was smooth. They send someone to your house right away to go over maintenance, mechanics, and spa ownership in general. We are on cloud nine and use our hot tub every day. I also know that D1 is there any time I need them!!

Great sales experience...why not, they need you to want you to buy a spa. Lance makes you feel totally valued as he explains his extensive resume in the spa industry and at his brothers showroom. So I signed the sales order being told to expect approx. a 5 month wait.
While they did not have my exact model, Lotus bay, in the show room, they had another in the "Bay" line. Lance assured me that aside from seating an extra person, all features were the same. Made perfect sense the way he explained it.

This is my first hot tub. So I researched & visited numerous showrooms to view various hot tubs before choosing my D1 hot tub. Lance was very attentive, non-pushy & listened well to what I "wanted" & needed. I'm so grateful that he did! Based upon what I told him, the tub that he recommended didn't match my description. I'm so glad I got what he recommended instead of what I thought I wanted! I absolutely love EVERYTHING about my tub! I've had it for almost 3 months now & use it almost everyday. (My husband who's never liked spas loves it & uses it almost ever day also!) Getting started with maintenance

We are updating our rating from 3 to 4 stars. Recently, Dimension One Spas of San Diego has been much more responsive to recent issues we've had, and appreciate the support. Our rating was based strongly on the entire service framework as a whole: JT, Willie and their store associates are all nice people, but the contracted service techs, leak specialists and startup services together reflect on the overall satisfaction of their services. Thanks for stepping it up.

Only one spa to sample for wet test. Pushy sales staff wearing a non-mask plastic shield that made a farce of covid safety. Then, to add potential injury to insult, after encouraging my husband to check out the whirlpool effect on a spa in the showroom, the sales clerk offered him a dirty towel to dry his hands. Finally, the other sales clerk started walking around with no mask on at all. Not interested in catching covid and spending 10 g for the priveledge.

Not Happy. Purchased spa about two years ago. Spa won't run and kicks circuit breaker. Supposed to be under warranty for 3 years. Reported to Willie Nelson at Dimension One on February 19 and was told to self diagnose problem. Contacted their service person after two calls back finally made contact and was advised that they can't get parts due to Covid. No one has even come to our house to see what actual problem may be. Meanwhile we do not have spa for the last month plus. We are not happy with spa or service from this company. Can't fix it? Replace it then! We never had issues

After visiting every hot tub dealer in San Diego, I decided to purchase my hot tub from Dimension One spas in Carlsbad. I have to say I have been 100% satisfied with the entire experience, from the initial purchase, to the delivery and installation and the ongoing support I have received from JT and Willie Nelson who both work there.
I also really love the quality of my dimension one hot tub. It is very comfortable with strong Jets and all the bells and whistles. Definitely recommend you visit this place before purchasing a hot tub, you get what you pay for!

I am an electrician and I frequently install spas of all different brands and types. In my opinion Dimension One spas are top quality. They have excellent designs, easy access to serviceable areas and easy set up. They also have foam encased bodies that provide unmatched insulation and an overall solid construction.

We are thrilled with our 17 ft aquafit swimspa and triad spa with sequencer. No more arthritis and lots of good workouts and power massages. Robert their contractor landscaper and his team impressed everyone including our whole neighborhood. They even powerwashed next door when done. What hard workers. Skilled and reliable. So lucky to have this beautiful backyard to enjoy the quarantine thanks to JT and Willy and Robert and his crew. The electric Covana cover keeps the pool warm and clean and opens and closes with a key. Thank you D1 Spas of San Diego

Couldn't be happier with D1. We looked at Costco and a couple local showrooms prior to meeting Willy in the Vista/Oceanside location. It's a big purchase and I never felt like we were being "sold" a spa, but instead educated about the benefits. Willy also didn't try to upsell us to higher end models and we appreciate his advise to add several features to the model that fit our families needs. Willy and JT were very clear about current delays and our spa came a few weeks ago as promised. JT was quick to follow-up with delivery, startup and again we couldn't be happier

Just got our Dimension One spa and couldn’t be happier. We did have to wait for it come in, but Willie had told us from date of purchase that they were backed up due to everyone being at home from the pandemic and their skyrocketing sales because of that. We called in a few times and JT called us a few times to keep us updated and here we are - THRILLED! We highly recommend Dimension One.

Buying process was smooth with JT. I am busy and don't normally write reviews but I took my time to write them one because of their great customer service after the purchase. Special thank to Willy who always pick up my phone and answer any of my questions. They kept their word on my warranty. Made an appointment during covid madness to get there at 2:30. Arrive, hangs out with us for about 10 mins. Another non appointment shows up and proceeds to ignore us and not help us. Was ready to buy but I suppose if this is the service I get when I make an appointment, I can't expect better when I would have made a purchase. Waited about 10 minutes finally just left, helped myself out since they didn't even bother helping us. Asked me on my way out if they were not right for us, I said clearly we are not right for you.

As of today, we are officially a multigenerational Dimension One family! I grew up with a Dimension One spa that our family enjoyed for years and years, until our home was finally sold just a couple years ago...and now I have my own! So, I am a big fan.

Had spas most of my adult life and knew what I wanted in a spa. The swimspa part was new to me. We decided on a SwimLife 19 with duel temperature.
JT and Willy were easy to talk to and gave us all the options, even purchasing separate spa and swimspa that would have saved us some money. We didn't have the room for two separate units or at least couldn't figure out a way that they would look nice in our small yard.
It's been a pleasure working knowledgeable staff that gave plenty information and didn't pressure me to buy anything.

We've waited long enough and finally have our hot tub! We did all sorts of comparisons before selecting Dimension One Spas. The Ozone system and its power jets really set Dimension One Spas apart from the competition! Not only does it look amazing, it's the perfect way to relax after a long hard day.
