Needed to have my windshield replaced yet again, and my insurance company referred me here. From scheduling my appointment to actually replacing my windshield, they were great. I would absolutely go here again (and probably will, given this is my fourth windshield on this car...

As far as I'm concerned, I do not recommend this business. Here's why. A few weeks ago my husband and I called for a quote on a customized piece of glass for our bedroom and a lady replied that we needed to stop by the office in person with the exact measurements of the piece of glass and the desired shape. (We needed a trapezoid shape.) Fine. So we came to the office and spoke to (I think) the owner/supervisor. We brought a paper with the exact design (on a smaller scale) of the glass and the exact measurements in centimeters and millimeters. Well, apparently they didn't like the

Frank was amazing and an expert at what he does! I received quotes from over 4 places in the Valley and they were by far the least expensive for the exact same product! Frank was precise and the piece turned out perfectly and quick too! It was a challenging piece of glass I needed cut for my desk top. He nailed it! I would definitely go back here and recommend this place!

Thank you American Glass for my replacement table glass! and it's not aquatex. They have so many more choices, I recommend you take the time to choose something unique. The order took longer than we expected but Diane provided good service and we are very happy with the results.

As far as I'm concerned, American Glass is not just the best glass company in Scottsdale, they're the only one. As a heavy DIYer I've been to them maybe 50 times in four+ years to help with various projects. They've been terrific every time.

They had to install a glass on a window on house we sold. They were very responsive and reasonably priced. Took a picture when work was complete at our request. Would use them again! Came recommended.

These people were so quick, easy, and very accommodating when repairing my windshield. Will definitely return here if I need something else.

They have cut a number of glass tops for me to put on dressers and cabinets. All have turned out very nicely, and the front desk folks are very nice and helpful.

Referred here by my insurance company to get chips & small cracks in my windshield repaired. They did a great job of setting it up smoothly, and were able to have someone come to my office the next day. The guy (Brian) was polite and efficient, and repaired them as well as anyone could ask. The whole thing went very smoothly.

I had a small job. A glass window for my garage that I broke installing. I called them today, they quoted me a price, they cut the glass in 5 minutes and I was out of their to fix my miscue. They have been in business since 1956 and I see why. Great customer service, even on small jobs with little profit. World class service.

Amazing job! American Glass has been replacing mine and my office windshields for years. Brian and the rest of the crew are amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients. Brian went above and beyond to ensure my windshield was properly placed. I have an older car and a lot of the pieces where cracked due to the heat. He made sure everything was secured and informed me of a couple of pieces I should have replaced. I would high recommend American Glass.

We ordered a couple of very large mirrors to be custom cut for our bathrooms, and two double-pane sidelight windows. I called a few other places and this company had the best prices in town by far. We didn't need them to install the mirrors or windows but they were ready to pick up when promised (about 4 days) and they helped load them in our truck. Very professional!

This is the third place is tried to get a few pieces of custom cut glass and first ones willing to help. They did a great job and only took about 20 minutes.

They made setting up an appointment and coordination with my insurance company so simple. They showed up at my office with the replacement windshiled within an hour of when I called. The repair man was very nice and he did a great job. I can't imagine a better experience.

No communication skills at all. My wife and I went in there to simply have a piece of glass cut in two and they said they didn't know when they could get to it... They had no clue if they could store it there until they could cut it, and they offered no options. We went to Roadrunner Glass about 5 miles away and they were GREAT and less expensive!

Getting a cracked windshield is never fun! Especially when it happens twice in 1 week! My cracks were beyond repair so I needed a new windshield. I called American Glass and everyone there was so nice and helpful.....stating with the receptionist, to the service advisor and the technician who came to my house and did the job. You can't find a better company in my opinion!

I'm glad when I can two or three years later say that I am still comfortable recommending a company like American Glass. As I was pulling out of the emissions testing place with a friend's Alero, I started rolling the electric window up when it went woosh/clunk down into the door. It didn't come back up. I went to the place I always go when I have any problem with glass. When the service man determined what was wrong, he saved me money by sending me to Reilly's to get the part instead of a dealership. They fixed it and I am a happy camper.
