Amazing service!! We called for a technician (after finding an ad in our local value pages) to look at our broken spring and the very next morning they fixed it for us. I have a handicapped son who (GOD LOVE HIM) shoveled the driveway and put the shovel up. As the garage door came down, it hit the handle and... well... the door was at an angle, and it would not go down and just up at an angle. With another BIG snow storm was coming I called to see IF I could get it repaired before it arrived. The dispatcher contacted Gene and he was MORE than willing to respond. Gene came out and looked at our broken garage door. He did a fantastic job of explaining that we could keep our existing door, but what the cost would be to fix all the broken parts (23 years old). After that, it made sense for us to get a new door, which we did. Unfortunately the door wasn't closing all the way in the coming days, and our remotes were not working. I contacted them and that day they came out looked at my garage, and gave me a bid. They came the next day and fixed it lickety-split! They didn’t try to upsell me and really just fixed what I had and made it work, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s so nice not to have a cost a ton of money and have my garage working again.
