Wasatch Door installed an awesome garage door for us a couple of years ago. This year, just before Christmas, the spring became disconnected. Initially they told us it might take some time since they are busy, but they worked us into the schedule right away. The door is working perfectly again.

Install was so so (in fairness was during height of Covid but guy who did install was big talker, communication was poor and quality of work seems suspect)......all that said, main reason for writing this is to share that follow on service is terrible. A couple of months after install had issues. Installer came out to fix track/wheel issues which was fine. Then 1.5 years ( 6 months after warranty expired ) after spending lots of cash with Wasatch on new door/track/opener, wheels blew out of tracks and metal torn off door by opener.....had to try 4 times to get a live person on phone.......when

Cyndee is understanding & great to work with. I would definitely direct any concerns to her. Our door also looks really nice & runs smoothly.
I think that is part of the job that the salesmen will try to up sell the customer. For instance, when we were not certain we actually needed a new garage door (just wanted the springs fixed), they told us how poorly our door was installed & that we needed a new door as all the springs were failing. We pointed out that their company had installed our garage door nearly 20 years ago. They immediately walked back their installation claims and just said our
