If I could give a negative 1 Star I would. Ordered door since July, we understand COVID has everyone backed up, but after waiting for the weeks it took FOR Door to arrive (3 months to be exact) the company made an error and ordered the wrong door. Unfortunate event and even then we were very understanding however since then "Brad" has been unresponsive, said he depends on other people and is making our business feel like we did something to deserve this bad situation. Very, "sorry not sorry attitudes". Oh well I guess. I guess the snow and bad weather can just be as understanding as we were. Next

We replaced two garage doors and two openers, and the price was very affordable. Darrell and Ethan were our installers and they did a fantastic job. The whole job only took a few hours, and they were professional and clean, and left my garage in great shape. Darrell ran out of vinyl trim and made a special trip back the next day to finish the job.
The only issue I had was with the current supply chain problem with the garage door manufacturer. We placed our order in May and was told it would take 3 months. It actually took 6 months, but we're so glad to have it all done and are amazed at how quiet

We needed to replace two large garage doors and because of a fantastic experience in the past we called them again! Garrick came to our home after hours as one door was damaged and we needed the garage and home secure. Then JJ and Steve helped with getting the right doors ordered, and Daryl and Casis installed our new doors. What a great company full of great people! Definitely call Prices Doors if you need any door replaced.

Yesterday, Darrell was working in the area of our new housing development. I caught his attention and asked if he would check out the noise my new garage door was making. He came to my house and he did explain to me that the construction dust will cause the rollers to dry out and make noise. He lubricated the rollers and they are working great. He also checked out the garage door ceiling light that has not been working. He quickly repaired the light and now we have a working light.

We special ordered a door and wanted craftsman glass installed. We already have an existing door but wanted one with glass for the light. Jared came out took measurements and half deposit said it would take 8 weeks so we waited. The 8 weeks was up and I had to email Jared is there any news on the door so he emailed me back " I'm sorry about that looks like everything is hear someone would be calling me next week to set up appointment"......Now this sounded to me like it was there before I emailed him he apologized for not letting me know and what about the office manager Steve

Let me preface by saying this company has the worst customer service of any provider I have ever worked with. I primarily worked with Tifani, Jake, Trevor and JJ (who is no longer with the company). Most of these individuals lack integrity and do not treat customers with respect. There are countless examples of how when things went wrong they tried to point fingers and lie rather than focusing on making things right.

It took them nearly 3 months and 3 attempts to get the correct door ordered/installed. Wasted multiple hours of my time, just to find out they ordered the wrong door again. Their communication lacked. There were multiple times that they said they would install on a certain date, and when that date came, after multiple unanswered/returned phone calls to them, no one showed up. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because their installer, Scott was awesome.
