This was "an as is" purchase from Star Auto with the assistance of Jace. He was helpful and not pushy. He prepared the car for me to test drive, showed me the features of the car, and compared it to the same car on the lot 1 yr newer. For the money the 2014 Sienna with 67,000 miles was perfect. They also helped with the initial financing and registration. Very helpful. Thanks, Jace and Star Auto.

Bought our used car three months ago when there were serious shortage of cars. They didn’t take advantage of the situation and we got the best price.
Sam was really informative about all cars … ran VIN# right there. When we decided to purchase the car, Tia was so efficient and we were out there so quick.
We took the car to inspection next day and there was nothing wrong with the car.

Found a vehicle I liked at a fair price per Kelly Blue Book. Started working with Brandon Canon a day or so ahead of my visit to the lot to get financing in order. This was very helpful because it saved me time from sitting in their office waiting (and potential embarrassment if I was denied for some reason). I was able to email all supporting documents ahead of time. So, on the day at the lot, all that was really left to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. I had such a nice experience after many disappointing attempts at an auto purchase! I wish I had started at Star Auto. I was helped by Ron and he was amazing!!.. Took the time to really listen to my needs and direct me to the best vehicle for me plus offered a great price. The whole experience there was great but Ron really made it super easy.
