Probably the worst headache I've dealt with ever buying a car from this dealership. Not only did they sale my fiancé a car that I later discovered the tires were balding. It's been problem after problem less than three weeks after getting the vehicle. They should not be allowed to conduct business anymore with standards like this. Selling death traps to people.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Xchange and was told by Paul the car would be detailed after purchase. Over the next few weeks, I talked to Paul in person, through text, and on the phone at least ten times, mentioning the detailing every time. His response was always that he would schedule it, and he never did. This was a verbal agreement as part of the vehicle purchase, and Auto Xchange failed to hold up their end.

I highly recommend working with Ryan Shinjo from auto xchange. Everything was smooth and wasn’t pushy like what you would normally get from car salesman. I purchased a 2017 Lexus ES and they changed my 4 tires with quick service. I love the car and I think I got a great deal, definitely would be coming back for future purchases 👍🏽

Sean was very helpful and made the purchase of our 2018 C 300 Mercedes-Benz a nice experience. This showroom has many higher end cars that were in very good condition. First time that I ever purchased a used car...always purchased new. For higher end cars, this is a good option to get a CarMax used car.

Ryan gets 5 stars because he deserves it. He helped me purchase my 2018 Audi A4 Quattro Tech Premium Plus; the best car I’ve ever owned. I came in and he was very helpful and gave me space and room to view vehicles I was interested in without being pushy and trying to shove a sale down my throat. I will definitely call him up on my next shopping spree.

Last week I was in the market of a luxury car. I searched Facebook marketplace and came upon a Mercedes-Benz E3 50. I messaged the dealership and with quick response they answered all my questions online first thing the following morning the sales person Ryan made a phone call to me ask me a few questions ended up heading down there after work he made my buying experience the best I have ever had in any dealership. Place is great. They have great selection of cars. Just make sure you check everything about the car before any purchase. My experience here was great especially with Ryan Shinjo. If you do check this place out make sure you look for him. This guy will do everything he can to get you what you need and you’re looking for. His customer service for someone doing a sale is exceptional. 🙌🏽

After many stops trying to find a used Audi Q5, I stopped in this location after seeing an ad for an Audi. I test drove the vehicle and then was directed to a Porsche Cayenne for same price. I test drove it and felt conflicted. They pushed me so hard to the Porsche that I ended up buying it. Here are some immediate issues at hand:
1) Expired safety sticker (didn't notice until next day). When I asked Paul, the unknowledgeable salesman, he said that this is standard practice....to make the buyer go to the trouble of obtaining the safety

Inconvenient. Salesman was all talk with little to no knowledge of what he was selling. He was like a pamphlet, limited information. Parking sucks as well as the location. We had to drive the car somewhere inconveniently located (as their suggestion) to get the inspection sticker ourselves!! Salesman did not put any effort at all.

BUYERS BEWARE. Pleasant and helpful until you give them your money. The car I was purchasing I was told had the safety check stolen. I was led to believe that they would have it taken car or before I picked up the car. That was not the case. I was given a failed safety check instead and told that it would be good for 30 days. I told them that I was not in a rush to take possession of the car and take care of the safety check first. Instead they insisted I take the car with me. The failed safety check is good for only thirty days and guess what...I still don't have title to my car and I would
