I just purchased a new 2021 CX5 Grand Touring from Cutter Mazda of Honolulu. My salesman Jason Kaneshiro and his team did a great job helping me find exactly what I was looking for and expedited the whole buying process so it felt like I was in and out in no time. They went the extra mile to take care of me with my trade in and financing, and really showed they care about my well being as a customer. I called early Friday morning and was able to get an appointment with Keanu. Upon arrival I instantly felt listened to and was shown exactly what I wanted. No extras, no buffs, not seeming like a scam to push towards something I didn't want. He took his time with me through the entire process and I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. Our car was getting pretty high in mileage so we decided to stop by to see if we could find something to trade it in for. Devin worked with us showing us several vehicles within our budget and helped us get a good price on the trade in. We arrived pretty late in the evening and he stayed till around 10pm helping us to make sure we walked away the same day with the new car. I'd highly recommend requesting to work with Devin if you're looking to trade or buy, he was extremely professional, nice, and hard working.

I purchased a car from the and it went fine. My issue with them is they they have the worst phone customer service ever. Whenever I have an issue, it takes me over 3 days of calling to be able to speak to someone who can help.
I'll will call get transferred to the correct department and then go to voice mail as the person is not in, ok. I would call every few hours and even leave a message. Nothing. This is my 3rd time trying to contact them for an issue over the last 3 years.
Car is great. When I can get a hold of someone to help the service is fine.

Holy Cow!! That's all we can say about Cutter Mazda. We came in yesterday to look at cars and drove a few. After we found our car, the team worked with us to fit it into our budget. As first time buyers we couldn't have had a better experience. We worked with Dana, Jake, Tom, Johnny, and many others. They all wanted the best for us. Needed a second car and have always been a Mazda fan. Got a smoking deal from Steve and Matt. Got upgraded with roof rails and a roof rack, couldnt squeeze Apple Car Play in the deal but maybe next time ;)
A few months after the purchase I had to get my windshield replaced and Matt Wong, the GM was kind enough to cover the cost. Truly amazing service.
To top it all of - I needed a new rearview mirror as the plastic broke when changing the windshield. Matt Wong went above and beyond and hand delivered the part to my door the next evening after I asked about it.

I was in the market for a compact SUV but didn't want to pay the premium for a Toyota RAV4 nor deal with Honda CR-V engine oil dilution issues so I decided to check out a Mazda CX-5. Sales representative Stan Nakano greeted me when I pulled into the dealership and I explained that I had seen some remaining 2020's on their website and that I wanted to take a look at one. Unfortunately all were at the Waipahu location so he showed me an identical 2021 model. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, he let me take the car out to test drive by myself so it was definitely a no-pressure experience.Â

Ugh...so hard to go to a get your car worked on by someone to feel they aren't doing what they agreed to do. That's what happens to me every time I go to the dealership to get my annual change and checkup.
They offer great lift services to and from home so you can drop your car off. The service helper Reese was awesome and Guy the manager was kind. Problem is I took the car here and when they gave it back to me I checked all my fluids before I left. So glad I did thanks to my Uncle that always has me check
So yep my wiper fluid was empty, coolant almost gone and the brake fluid was

I have said before, Greg in Service is exceptional. As far as car buying, generally the experience for me hasn't been great but they are the only Mazda dealer so as I said in the Cutter Volvo review, if you want the Mazda product really no choice but to give Cutter the business.
So as prideful as I can be and as much as I may want

So I bought a lemon of a vehicle from a nearby used dealership through the GEICO car market, thinking that if you bought something through GEICO, you would expect the vehicle to be inspect and road-safe. I came in just to look and test drive at the new 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback. I made an appointment and instantly when I arrive the car that I wanted was out front and waiting for me was this awesome salesman Yosuke Abe! Right away he made me believe that it was already my car. He really tried his best to make sure I was comfortable and I was able to leave more than satisfied.
