After catching a few mice in traps, we called Best Pest Control to come seal up our house. My parents used them last year and were very happy with them. They had us on the schedule in 2 days, even though it was Thanksgiving week. John came out today right on time, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and found the point of entry. He sealed it up and placed traps around the basement. He chatted with us afterwards, answering all of our questions and giving us some helpful tips. If you're having critter issues, I couldn't recommend these guys more.

We bought a home that sat vacant for a bit, so hornets had taken over the backyard. They even came out a second time as a few more nests had been discovered and sprayed again no questions asked. We will definitely be continuing our service!

New to the area 2 years ago, we had Jeff from Boise Pest Control come out and has been doing our bug mitigation since. We had gnats and he found that we had standing water in our crawl space, which turned out to be a big issue. Once that was fixed he got the gnats under control. We've had no problems since.
Jeff and his crew have been professional, calm and never make me feel like they're rushing to get to the next job. They do a good job of explaining what they're doing, and accommodated our special requests. When we need a follow up between appointments they're back quickly

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They came out same day to deal with voles trying to come in from cold weather. Guys were professional, respectful, and friendly. Even though I was their last appointment of the day, they were patient with my questions and my level of trepidation. Never made me feel like I was bothering them or like they wanted to rush the appointment. They took the time to explain the solutions they were putting in place and gave me peace of mind. A friend recommended Best Pest Control to us. They not only accomplished the job we hired them for, they also educated us, equipped us with supplies (at no cost), and they continue to keep our home free of spiders, rodents, and other pests.
We used to spray for spiders on our own. Now Best Pest does it for us quarterly, and its a time & COST SAVINGS to us. They spray the entire house (inside & out), fence, grass & driveway. I have only seen 1 or 2 spiders in the last year. That is unheard of.

We switched to Best Pest after Crazy Frog got bought by Terminix and the service went downhill. Let me start by saying, talking to Joe on the phone was amazingly pleasant. He went out of the way to educate, not just rush a sale and move on.
The actual service was way more thorough than any other pest control place I've experienced. They were willing to move things like the furniture and even refrigerators to get those dark nesting spots. They sprayed the typical floor area but also along the ceiling and paid extra attention to the window frames. We haven't seen a single spider inside the house

Best Pest Control came to my rescue. This summer has been really bad for Wasps, Bees and Hornets. Our front and back yard had been completely overtaken by them, making it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather or BBQ in peace. It's especially bad for me as I am deathly allergic to Bee stings and while I wasn't worried about the Bees as they mostly keep to themselves- the hornets and wasps were much more aggressive and problematic. 1) Their service worked (ants, spiders, wasps).
2) It was surprisingly cheap.
3) Most important in the long run as a customer, these people are honest and care about doing the right thing. Seriously, this is one of the best experiences I've had with a business, and we had them out once a year for 10 years.
