The reviews are so good I've called and left multiple voicemails in the past week requesting a callback to schedule an assessment for pest control services. So far, no response, so perhaps their schedule is full, or they have all the customers they want. Jeff continues to impress us with his awesome pest control skills and amazing customer service. He has come out to our house outside of our scheduled servicing on two separate occasions to help us with pests. He even patched some holes in our garage to ensure the mice stay outside. Excellent service. Quality results. Very good communication. I first used them remotely - I was traveling and discovered a spider issue early one morning as I left for the airport. Between flights I called them and arranged service. Came home and everything was resolved, including removing the webs from outside the house. Very professional, very courteous. They get my money. Had a great experience. Needed a hornet nest removed ASAP and Jeff came out on the same day and was extremely professional. He charged reasonable rates and even took the time to show my son the different parts of the nest and the larvae living inside. Absolutely love this company. Jeff is so kind and sweet. He is totally flexible with scheduling which is amazing for our family. When I first started using them I was so nervous and had questions and reservations and he answered everything and understood my little anxiety about spraying and kids in the house. Awesome to work with! Jeff was friendly informative and helpful. Upon entering my home he put on booties and put down and drop cloth to ensure that he left my living area clean.
