I’d give zero stars if I could. I made an appt for him to come and give me an estimate for trimming and to take a look at a sick tree... he never showed, never called, nothing. I texted him and called and left a message but no return call. He wasted my time. I guess he didn’t want my money/business.

First impressions Shaun (owner) with Boise Valley Trimming/ Knappco appeared great! However after receiving and accepting the first quote (verbal), things spiraled downhill fast. Shaun mentioned he would be able to cut me a deal on the quote if we waited a month for the work to be completed during our subdivision cleanup (through them.) They missed our rescheduled appointment for the tree removal and failed to return any phone calls to reschedule for a 3 week period. After lots of apologies and false promises he sent his “subcontractors” out to do the work because he became too busy. Not only

They went above and beyond what anyone would expect.
