Brett had worked in pest control for years but was currently in a completely different industry during that time. After being home a few weeks with a newborn baby, my spouse and I woke up being bombarded by black ants. In the kitchen and in the bathroom and hallways. I called Protec on 10/28/2020 after speaking to numerous other companies that were over priced for the same service. I needed someone this week. Matt answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable about the business of pest control, where as everyone else I spoke to had customer service reps taking calls, that had ZERO knowledge of pest control or the chemicals used. Matt set up service for me and had a gentleman named Mario out the very next morning (today 10/29/2020). They set me up with quarterly visits for 95.00 a visit, and touch up visits in between if needed. I will use Protec going forward

I have been using PROTEC now for 2 years and only recommend PROTEC to family/friends - they not only have a great, efficient, SAFE spray product but also a referral program. They do a fantastic job keeping pests away from my home to the point where I can see the really big and dead bugs around my home, I know what they are using works!
