I highly recommend BA Appliance Repair. Bill called ahead to let me know he was on his way, was on time, friendly, professional and honest. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The staff I spoke to on the phone several times was courteous and helpful. I'll definitely be using them again.

Called BA Appliance Repair Service and they were so kind and helpful in getting me an appointment as soon as they could. Bill Baer came on time and looked at the problem. The pump was bad and he did not have one so he had to order it. He kept me informed and was so apologetic when he could not get one for 2 days. He called to let me know he would squeeze me in today and not make me wait until Monday. I have to say that he was so professional and so nice to work with in getting the job done. Recommend this company 100%. He even looked at my ice maker and did some magic and it started working again

BA Appliance Repair does excellent work. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company, and I was very glad because I have used them in the past and they have always done great work. Bill was extremely helpful and professional in diagnosing and explaining the issues with my washer and dishwasher. I had several questions, and he was happy to answer all of them very thoroughly. BA Appliance Repair provides great quality service, and I highly recommend them!

The service men arrived early and were extremely friendly, honest, and up front about my dryer. They were efficient and even cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer which was filled with dust and pet hair. It was absolutely filthy, who knew the lint collector only collects so much. I think everyone should probably get the inside of their dryer regularly cleaned out! Overall great experience and I will be calling them for other appliance repairs in the future!

BA Appliance was recommended by a neighbor on Next Door. Friendly service over the phone, easy scheduling and up front price information. Technician was responsive in communication and friendly, informative. Didn’t use the company but wrote my first review bc how nice the receptionist was about canceling my apt and the technician communication. Pleasant experience and will use when needed in future.
