My refrigerator went out on a Monday, they were able to come out on Wednesday and diagnose the problem. They were thorough with their explanation and so nice about the whole process. They were able to quickly find the part and fit me into the schedule by Friday so that I would be up and running by the weekend with a working refrigerator!

We just bought our new home and 30 days in our refrigerator stopped working. We called Tuesday night and Ken and Troy were at my house on Friday and were able to quickly diagnose the issue of a bad compressor due to maintenance neglect from the previous owners. Ken and Troy came back out Saturday morning with the replacement compressor and made quick work of getting it repaired. They completely serviced the fridge, cleaned out years of buildup and all of the components inside looked brand new when they were finished. My refrigerator stopped cooling and every other appliance repair that I called stated either they were too busy and would not make an appointment or stated that it would be days or weeks before anyone could come out to look at my appliance.
I stumbled on Reliable Refrigeration and was impressed that Ken was able to come out the same day. He quickly diagnosed our problem and provided an estimate of repairs. A couple of days later, he was back at my home with the needed parts. We were up an running again.

I was in a full panic when I woke up with my newborn and realized my refrigerator/freezer weren’t working anymore. I stumbled upon this business, and I was so grateful that Ken was able to come ASAP, and had everything he needed to repair my fridge. He was fast, professional, and friendly, and did a great job repairing the issues. He educated me to help maintain the fridge and keep issues from recurring. I highly recommend them for your appliance repairs!

If you have a problem with your fridge I would highly recommend these guys. Troy was amazing, friendly and professional and did a great job quickly and efficiently.
The replaced part ended up being faulty from the manufacturer and he quickly responded and got the part replaced again with no charge before our food went bad. They cover their parts with a warranty and got to me within 24 hours of asking for a service.
Will definitely use them again!

I'm impressed and thankful for Ken, and the other gentleman that came to help us fix our oven. They showed up an hour early before they were even needed. they actually had a gentleman drive down from liberty township just to bring a part that we needed. The value is excellent and the service was very professional. Very timely, which is definitely rare in this industry. The only thing that I would say though I'd like to change, would be to have the price be talked about before it was charged. But all the same, very excellent service.
