Our service rate will always be $79.00 to $199.00 plus parts. You pay no more for the part than you would at your local parts house in the Greater Cincinnati Area. We do give a free service call with repair. Our average repair cost is $79.00 - $199.00 plus parts. I do not charge any more for a part than you pay at your local parts center Cincinnati Appliance Parts. All Brands are serviced, Refrigerator, Ranges, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals and Microwaves.
We had to have some repairs made after a Home inspection. The technicians arrived on time & were very friendly. Our refrigerator was leaking, and they were able to determine the cause (clogged drain) & make repairs. They were very neat & cleaned-up after repairs were completed. We believe their pricing was very reasonable.

My refrigerator stopped cooling, so I called Complete Appliance Service since they had previously fixed a washer for me. The person who booked my appointment was very helpful and friendly, and JB came to service my fridge the next day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within thirty minutes. I’ll definitely continue to use Complete Appliance!

I had recent dish washer repair request where the technician suggested couple of minor 2 fixes like replacing rack wheels and deflector baffle. I ordered the parts online and i fixed them . Those suggestions did not fix the issue we had and I have been following with warranty company and and this company with no response. I called multiple times and was ready to pay for technicians visit . No response yet from them . Very bad service indeed

On June 4th, repairman comes in kitchen and mumbles something about not being able to repair. Calls into office, mumbles some more. Says someone else will have to fix and leaves. Company calls me hours later and says they will send someone first thing tomorrow to fix. Because they are sorry for my inconvenience they will make sure I will be the… first appointment on Tuesday morning TUESDAY MORNING the 5th: Phone rep: a.m. block is 8-1. You will be our first appt on the 5th. Me: it’s 8:30 And repairman isn’t here. Phone rep: Oh he won’t come into the office until about 8

Was sold Complete JUNK of a "Frankenstein'd" washer. The tub and shell was two completely different machines. After a couple days of use, the agitator came apart. They forgot to put the bolt in and we had to wait a couple days for them to find it. Then about 6 months later I had to replace the coupler on the motor shaft. At this time I… realized how much a P.O.S. this washer really was. Most of everything on the bottom of the machine was rusted including parts of the tub itself. Now a year after purchase the tub seal gave out. $250 to have a washer for a year.
