We had a crazy move in December. There was a little hiccup with the MTM team. I reached out to the owner John Warren and we had a great conversation and he stepped up and did more than I asked. I honestly, wouldn't hesitate to use MTM again. As a matter of fact, we'll be moving again (what's more fun than two moves in a couple of months) and feel completely confident in using MarktheMover. I sincerely recommend them. They are honest and fair and it's a company with integrity. In addition, my furniture has never been so well wrapped in any move.

Best move ever! There is not enough space here to fully highlight all of the reasons that this is an exceptional company. I am a Realtor so I have dealt with many movers over the years but Mark the Mover is light years ahead of all competitors. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Our crew led by Charley, was super professional, very friendly and they really hustled. There wasn't a scratch on any wall. Everything was well packed, and they even packed and wrapped some odds and ends we thought we'd transport ourselves. Super conscientious team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark the Mover.

We hired Mark the Mover to move us. We had a few small glitches during our home buying process and they were very gracious and accommodating.
Brad explained everything over the phone and was very patient. The movers actually arrived early on our moving day!
Charlie, the foreman was great. He moved our fridge and even swapped fridges in our new house. The other movers were amazing. We had 5 guys that were fast and efficient. They had everything moved and in the right spots very quickly.
The price was very reasonable as well. If you're planning on moving, I highly recommend them. Oh, did I mention

We had Mark the mover pack our house, load up our house and take it to a storage unit and then a year later move us from the storage unit back into our next house. Packing job was terrible. There are picture frames and important documents just thrown in the bottom of wardrobe boxes. The loading of the truck the next day was done alright, albeit they damaged the house and several items as they did it, and the move back to the next house was equally as fast, but also not done with care. Mark the Mover had been recommended to us by friends. Setting up the appointment time went smoothly, and the movers arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They moved us from a house to a storage unit. Unfortunately, we were unable to observe all the items as they came off the truck and were placed in the storage unit, because now, they're only offering to pay $50 for a handmade desk they broke but didn't tell us about. These folks go above and beyond the call of duty. I escaped Atlanta in March without taking my things in my apartment, not knowing how I'd deal with them later. Well, the pandemic kept going and my lease in Atlanta was ending in May. So I had to somehow find someone to enter my apartment, pack all my things, and ship them to me in NY. Mark the Movers were great. We had a crew of four guys that were very professional and took great care of our stuff! The move was as smooth as it could be and very timely. Awesome experience from start to finish. Gibson answered all of our questions on the front-end, our move crew was FANTASTIC, and Robert handled our claim quickly when we noticed one small accident that happened in transit.
Mack and the team that moved us were hilarious but professional. Very thorough. Smiled through it all, even in the 90+ degree heat. They even took special care to protect our floors and make sure they didn't ding any walls.
I'm glad we found Mark the Mover -- moves are truly the worst, and they took the headache out of the experience. If we ever have to move again

Just finished a move with these guys and I can't recommend them more highly. They made what is typically a dreadful, stress filled day a fantastic experience.
The crew of 3 guys was prompt, quick and efficient, careful, professional, and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.
The rates may be a bit higher than the competition, but having used other movers, I can say you get what you pay for. I won't ever use another company for a move.
On top of the actual day, scheduling and coordinating was a breeze with their customer reps.

Mark the Mover just did our move from one house to another in Atlanta. It was a two truck move that took ten hours. Why five stars? Outstanding, hard working crew led by Charley. Great attitudes and customer focus. Trucks were clean as were pads. Everything was carefully wrapped. Furniture and boxes placed in correct rooms and we were consulted on how we wanted furniture arranged. Things that we didn't have packed, they packed. Really excellent experience, way better than any corporate move. Highly recommended.

The team showed up on time, took excellent care of my belongings, and packed their truck carefully.
I have had some horrible moves in my past, but this was not one of them.
MTM may be a pinch higher than other move companies I interviewed. However, it is true that you get what you pay for. This was money well spent.

I was SUPER NERVOUS about all my furniture - I have a lot of brand new Ethan Allen stuff, including my pride and joy, my white silk area rug and white upholstered bed. That's $10k in two pieces of furniture. I got the extra insurance, as none of my stuff is cheap (except the IKEA TV stand, but they treated that with as much care as the pricey stuff).
