Worst company I've ever worked with. Quoted a 3 hour job, took 8 hours, broke a $300 dresser, said they would give $100 towards it and after 6 WEEKS of back and forth decided no they weren't going to. Lied about discount. They are so rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. Additionally, there are a handful of complaints on the BBB website.

My experience with them was terrible.
The owner was very unprofessional, and the guys wasn't any better. They arrived at my apartment 2 hours late from our scheduled time, they don't have their own truck; they rent a Uhaul's truck which is something you can do yourself without paying them.
The movers had on tank tops, gym shorts, and slides. (Very unprofessional)
They broke a lot of my furniture and tried to cover it up by not telling me.
They took nearly 7+ hours to move, not because of how many items I had at my apartment

Do not hire this moving company. hired them, and they busted up my sofa, broke glass and door out of a small china cabinet. michael johnson, owner, stated he would reimburse for damages, and we never heard from him again. this occurred in april 2021. address listed for his business at 1919 metropolitan pkwy is not legit. the workers actually left before completing job. our furniture, garden pots, etc were left outside of storage unit which we were moving items to. i would really give this , so

I wish I could give zero stars. They were 2 hours late saying a tree fell on their moving truck and showed up in a Uhaul. When paying I forgot to tell them to subtract the deposit I gave them. ( Shouldn't that just be automatic?) Still haven't received my deposit back and they won't return calls or texts. Very unprofessional

I would not recommend this moving option to anyone. They did not wrap our items, nor put up our items as advertised. They damaged multiple things and broke two lamps that cost $300 each. Mr. Johnson have gave us the runaround from the time his workers left our home and still continues to do so. We have placed multiple calls and text with this being the last one "I'm trying to be respectful and professional. All we are asking is that you either replace the lamps or refund the cost. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and notice others have encountered this same problem with you

Do not use this company they will take your belongings and ghost you when you ask them to return it. I wanted to not have to do this but after several attempts to retrieve my belongings they have not yet to make things right. Not even I'm sorry or some type of compensation especially after we tip the company very well. I would have rather kept my tip had I known they would take my tv Mount and dolly that I paid for. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING CONPANY! This moving company is very unprofessional. I had two men show up, during the move I gave them 6 bottles of water. They left their trash outside of the first location and did the same exact thing at the second location, leaving me to clean up their mess when they left. They also ruined my walls while moving furniture from the first floor to the second floor. When I let the owner know he told me that one of the movers would come back and paint my walls the next day. He never showed up, then I was told he would come the following day, and he never showed up. This same

If I could give this company 0 stars I would these people are extremely unprofessional and scammers!!! They took our 50 dollar deposit and showed up 30 minutes late. They also came to look at the stuff we had and told us they were going to get their tools and never came back! Called the owner and he blocked our number. Please do not book with them!

If I could leave zero stars that would be best. Booked my move on Nov 3. Paid the deposit same day. Move date was Dec27@ 9am. I called at 8am,no answer. I text at 8am confirming the men would be here at 9am as scheduled no reply. I called and text for 40 minutes there after. Still no reply. I try to support black owned businesses but the lack of reply and professionalism I will not recommend this company for moving and I am requesting my deposit back as no services were rendered.

Just like Julia M., Jay M., Moe C., Tamara T. and Vanessa M. mention in their Yelp reviews below, my experience with Wolf Pack Movers was horrible. Their prices may look enticing but they constantly find ways and excuses to upcharge you, plus the owner is dishonest and has a nasty attitude. Awful customer service and slow workers. Here are the facts for how my move went:
- Was quoted $340 for a 2-man, 3-4 hour move of a 1 BR apartment to another town over.
- Owner suggested I get an additional man for a little more $ to ensure a quicker move -- I agreed.

Workers showed up late, broke several things, took forever, Lost items in the truck, had no way for me to pay them at the end. Could not use credit card on file or do any online payments. They wouldn't accept a credit card so I had to download cash app. Despite them knowing that they broke several things and lost an item they still charged me for going 20 minutes over my time slot for an extra hour. One of the workers was pretty rude and asked to hit my juul. There's no way in a pandemic I'm going to let a stranger put their mouth on my juul! Very unprofessional to even ask. absolute

I called wolf pack to request a quote rearrange some items in my storage unit. The representative quoted me rate of 240 for two hours and two movers via text after I gave him the city and state. The work itself only takes 1 hour or less. A few minutes later he text me an stated it would be additional 100 dollars. The good news is I was able to book with a 5 star moving service which charges 95 an hour for two men.

Okay, I definitely did not get the service that I was expecting ! From beginning to end it was very disappointing.. I wanted to hire black and ended up shooting myself in the foot. After requesting two guys, Wolf Pack Movers arrived to my place with 5 guys in a U-haul truck. As a young lady, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, but it was moving day.. After asking for two guys and having 5 show up, the father (business owner) called and said they would be charging me for 3 guys.. he justified this by saying his 5 guys were taking 2 hours so he could only imagine how long 2 guys would have taken ..
