I have used this company two times now, two years apart. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I have recommended them to others as well. I specifically requested Antonio and his crew on both occasions. Their professional attitude and extreme care for our belongings were excellent. Never a complaint, even when moving our very very heavy piano. They go well above expectations that other movers can’t even come close. If you ever need movers , these are the ones you need to hire. Even on short notice they will make it happen, and work harder and longer putting things wherever you need it

I called to get a quick estimate. Didn't need to be an exact estimate, just a ball park amount. I was badgered with unnecessary questions and when I became frustrated the customer service rep literally hung up on me. I called back and I got the same unprofessional and rude tone. Then they gave my number to a million different moving companies so now my phone's been ringing off the hook with numbers that I did not give permission to call me. And somehow somebody got access to my phone's contact list and called me faking their caller ID using one of the numbers in my contact list.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! What a disaster! It started great I had two awesome movers who were quick! As they finished loading up the truck and heading to my new location within an hour! This is when the disaster started. They started to unpack the truck with my stuff and BAMN 10 cops waiting for them as they headed down to get more of my things! This was due to THE TRUCK BEING STOLEN!!! After dealing with the cops for hours the movers were allowed to leave as the cops knew they were not a part of the problem Neil the owner was. The guys that moved me were VERY nice however the furniture was not wrapped appropriately to keep damage from happening. My headboard was dinged pretty badly. Additionally, a handicap full of boxes tipped over and multiple items were broken. I texted the mover and got no response. I emailed the owner who told me to reach out to him the next afternoon. At that time he asked for the cell number for the guy that moved me and he'd "check into it". I've emailed no less than 3 times and continue to be ignored. Glass pieces to an expensive wall sconce were broken. I sent pictures. I've heard nothing.

I would give this company a zero if Google allowed it. They did a move for me last year and damaged my property as well as the apartments (both places current and moving to). Then they stole my chair that was suppose to be repaired. I called the police and have a police report. STAY AWAY from these CROOKS, they are a poor excuse in the the African American community. They tried to pay me no money or well below of the damage they caused. What a trash excuse for a business!!!

I secured my move date with this company three weeks in advance. Two days before they had no record of my appointment. They honored the date and stated the movers will arrive between 9-10a... they showed up at 10:45a and the delivery address!!! Not the address they were loading up at.
Anyway, the gentleman were polite and professional while loading up the vehicle. On our way to the new address they had to stop to get gas.
They unloaded my belongings and delivered it smooth and without damage. They did everything within an hour and a half. I was prepared to tip them well.... until they asked for

Stay away. Unfortunately, this was a poor moving experience. I had two guys arrive at 930- pleasant enough- and they didn't finish until about 430, which was so much longer and more expensive than expected even though I was moving from a small 2 bedroom condo. The worst part though was that my kid's bunk bed incurred a good bit of damage. The movers re-assembled it so badly that they stripped the screws and installed them at an angle, causing the wood to split in multiple areas. It was so distressing, especially considering it's a bunk bed and faulty assembly can be super dangerous

Our crew from 3 Movers and a Truck did a good job. Our furniture transported with little to no incident and nothing was broken. They showed up on time, worked hard and consistently all day, and were polite and agreeable to all requests.
That said, they didn't pad or wrap anything even though the quote and email confirmation stated they would provide all padding necessary. They did not bag our mattresses which I wish I had known so that I could have gotten bags myself. The job took 2 trips which was unexpected so I am glad I only had 7 miles to go. They never requested pictures or came out

1) they sent me a 3rd party mover 2) they underestimated the manpower and size of truck even though I listed everything we were moving - it took them twice as long and 2 trips 4) the 3rd party mover did NOT take Credit Card, or personal check. The movers only accepted Paypal payment to an unprofessional email address even though at the top of the website for 3 Movers and a Truck in bold "We Accept All Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, & Personal Checks"

Movers were supposed show up at 2:30. It is now 6pm and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone or call me back. I just had to call around to get another moving company to move me tomorrow. Which means I have to pay another day at my apartment building. Very unprofessional. I can't believe they won't even pick up the phone to apologize. What kind of business does that? I would not recommend them at all. I wouldn't even give one star but I had to to post this. The BBB should contacted about this business or lack of.

I have used this company twice in the last 2 months for 100 plus mile moves. Each time I was contacted the night before to confirm the address and start time. On both occasions, trucks and crew were on time and ready to go. Both moves were accomplished as promised

This team went above and beyond moving us today! These men worked at 1110% the entire duration of our move! They were incredibly professional and efficient and took care handling our belongings. I did not think it was possible to move a household in the short time frame they accomplished our move in. I am so glad we went with this company for our move, and they will be at the top of the list when the time comes to move again in the future. No fuss, no nonsense, just Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!! THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. There were FIVE hours late!!!!!!!! And then showed up with 4 men instead of the 5 we were contracted for. We were never told this would occur. He had no sense of responsibility for everything that went wrong and blamed his poor guys for everything that occurred. He worked them to the bone and then was shocked when they had taken time for dinner for 30 MINUTES!!! His employees are abused and treated as badly as his clients. The response to the online booking form was prompt. I got a call within 2- 3 hours the same day to confirm my appointment. The person on the phone explained everything from price to insurance and answered any questions that I had. On d-day, the guys were a little bit late - like 15 - 20 minutes but kept me posted every 5 mins via text messages. Loading was a cheerful affair and took a little over 2 hours for a 1 bedroom house ~ 30 boxes, sofa, recliner, dining, bed, TV, no appliances. To start, they were over 2 hours late, only 2 guys showed up, and once they did show up, they complained about the distance between the apartment and the elevator. They said if someone had mentioned it was over 50 ft they would have brought extra help and it wouldn't take them as long to move. I'm sorry, what?! It's an apartment complex! They're all alike! We had an absolutely ridiculous experience with this company. They showed up 3 hours late for a job that would take a full day. Some of the movers were pleasant, but the company was unprofessional. The person on the phone told us the first 35 boxes were complimentary and then they showed up with NO boxes and NO idea they needed to help pack when we specifically told them on the phone we needed extra boxes and help packing.
