We began our mission back in 2016 as we sought a way to employ those in the community around us. As a veteran-owned business, we decided that our veterans understand how to serve those who need it most while providing a quality level of service. That's why we proudly employ US veterans and care for the military families in our community.

Save your back and time when moving large, heavy appliances by renting a 4 wheel retractable dolly. This dolly can be used upright on 2 wheels or unfolded into a 4 wheel cart. These flat 4 wheel dollies are perfect for hauling multiple items that do not need the extra vertical support of a hand truck.
We have moving and shipping boxes for your convenience. Moving boxes are great for packing and transporting everyday items. They are ideal for stacking without the added risk of damage and they come in one size, so you can fit anything you need into it with ease. Let me start by saying that moving is stressful, and the process of sifting through lists of moving companies can be challenging. Company reviews aren't always accurate, and the whole selection process can be a bit of a toss-up. I consider myself very fortunate that I choose Care More Movers. The initial setup was fairly easy and straight-forward, which, with today's technology should be expected. I was set up for 3 movers at a given price. My deposit was paid and I had to change plans so I called Care More Movers almost a month prior to the date to service. I was advised my refund would be given 3-5 day….it’s been 17 days with 5 phone calls with 2 agents hanging up on me. I’ve asked for management and I’ve been promised call backs to no avail. The customer service is piss poor and I’m being kind about that.

We were very disappointed with the company. The movers showed up with no dolly and nothing to wrap our furniture. During the move they dropped many clean clothes on dirty water in the street, they bent our 55 inch TV and scratched a couple of our bedroom items due to rough handling. I felt they were not prepared and very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company and will not be using their services again. The only positive thing I have to say is that they were accommodating to my schedule.

Reached out via Yelp on 8 Nov to get estimates to remove furniture from garage so pics could be taken for selling then place the furniture back into the garage...work to be done on 11 Nov. Care More Movers responded morning 9 Nov and I accepted their bid and selected the 12-2pm window.
They said deposit email would be coming that night, it didn't arrive until the following day, 10 Nov, around 5:30pm. Reviewing the doc I noticed no time was listed. I contacted the company to confirm 12-2 as I have other activities planned for the day. Someone responded ARRIVAL

The agreement was for a 2 hour minimum @ $115 per hour for 3 workers. The job was to unload 2 PODS. 2 - 3 hours is more than enough for 3 movers.
The events of the move are as follows. Arrival between 8:30 and 9:30AM. When no one showed up by 9:30 and no one would answer a call I started calling other moving companies to come. I finally did a call after 9:30 saying they would be late but would be here before 10:00. They did not arrive until after 10:00 and with 2 people. These young men are truly amazing! They made our move a smooth process. They even moved items that wasn't listed on the agreement and we were so grateful for that! They are very courteous, personable and HARD WORKERS! When they arrived, they went right to work with no complaints. Impeccable customer service I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent movers and great guys! They were on time and ready to work as soon as they got to my storage unit. I basically only had to show them the unit then they took it over. Letting me sit in my vehicle and get some other things I needed to get done that morning. These guys are fast and efficient. A job that took three men, almost four hours to do took these two guys less than three hours. I was blown away by how fast they were able to get the truck loaded. They carried heavy pieces and much more up three floors to my apartment without ruining any of my stuff or damaging the stairwell walls

I normally do not do reviews , but this company literally went above and beyond my expectations ! The scheduling and payment process was quick and easy. Let me start by saying that I have moved 10 times in 6 years as part of my job, so I like to think I know a thing or two about the moving process. I have seen good movers and bad movers, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. And we never even made it to the actual moving process!

Korbin confirmed my move via email 6 days before my moving day. Then on my moving day, nobody showed up, called or texted me. I emailed, called, texted and even contacted through Yelp multiple times. I still haven't heard back from them 2 days later. Maybe the company closed? Anyway, I would recommend avoiding using this company, unless you want to end up paying a lot extra for a last minute replacement mover like we did... Oh, they also changed the quoted priced between yelp and email, not that it mattered much in the end.

Many good things to say about Care More, but I have to start with their efficiency! Korbin's team of three didn't waste a moment and got the job done in two hours flat. They were also lovely people. Korbin answered all my questions beforehand (and checked the boxes) re: insurance, incremental fees, etc. Do give them a call. Look forward to seeing this brand grow in Hampton Roads and beyond.

I hired these movers through a third party app. This was my second time trying to hire them. Their communication is horrible. They cancelled on me on a Friday evening an hour before moving. It seems that whatever activities they had planned for their Friday did not work with the commitment they had made to move us. So an hr before start time, I got a text to tell me that they would not be showing up. This happened as we were picking up the truck for our move. Korbin and his team are excellent! I hired them to do a Deep Cleaning of my parent's home and they were phenomenal! Professional, polite, hard working, and great to work with. They did a full maid service and carpet cleaning.

OMG where do I start! Care More was simply amazing. I could tell from my first conversation with Korbin (who's a veteran like me) that they really did Care More. They were very courteous and understanding with me running behind, they even offered to stay longer to assist assembling all of our beds. I'm pregnant and my husbands at sea but, they made this move way easier then I was expecting. I'll definitely be requesting these guys the next time we relocate!
