I’m not one to leave reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with this company as they were both unprofessional and did poor work.
I booked the basic carpet steam/clean and was up-sold an additional $80 to have some highly trafficked areas pre-treated. I paid roughly $240 for a 750sq ft apt- covered with lots of furniture as well.
Not only was the process fast, the process uplifted stains and smells that were not an issue prior to being treated. My carpets are in MUCH worse condition and stinks of smells not there previously.
